Zone 5: Mission #1 Monday
We have a whole week in Zone 5! So, today you are going after the trash. Now you may think you have no trash in these rooms but look under the couch and the chairs. Lift up the cushions and check out what seems to magically get swallowed up in the couch. Check under the end tables and the coffee table. Set your timer for 15 minutes and grab a trash bag and start tossing. You will be surprised at how fast you can do this mission. I bet you all will have time left to spare!! Be careful not to lift things that are too heavy and awkward on your mission. Ask for help if you need it!
PS. Don't forget that if you miss a mission in your emails you can always get them at our website by clicking on the Launch Pad.
****************************** Zone 5: Mission #2 Tuesday
Today I want you to spend 15 minutes getting rid of anything that does not belong in your living room. Things that have gotten thrown in a corner, on a chair, or even the floor. The things that you almost don't even see because they have just become part of the room, get it out! If it does not belong there then out it goes!
This does not mean that you have to spend three hours in your living room, do what you can do for 15 minutes.
*******************************
Zone 5: Mission #3 Wednesday
It is Anti-Procrastination Day and today we are going after the neglected areas of our living room/family room. Grab a feather duster or purple rag and go after the tops of door jambs, tops of pictures, molding, windows, corners of the ceiling and the tops of your curtains.
OH my it is amazing at what gathers higher up! If you happen to be rather short don't forget to look UP! LOL! Now do not get obsessed and start tearing the room apart. Just look up and dust! If you have something with a long handle it makes this easier. A tip for those of you with high (Cathedral) ceilings: get a telescopic painting pole. This is a pole that you put a paint roller in to paint walls and ceilings. You drop the handle of your feather duster in it, secure it with a strip of duct tape and start dusting away! You can get these poles in most home improvement stores. You can also use PVC pipe in the same manner.
Have Fun!
*******************************
Zone 5: Mission #4 Thursday
For today you are to take 5 minutes and dust the decorative items in your living room. The picture frames, lamps and knick knacks, this is a detailed dusting. Turn on the music and move quickly, you will be amazed at how fast you can to this!!!
Don't over think the mission, just do the mission! Have fun! *******************************
Zone 5: Mission #5 Friday
Today is our last day in the Living Room!
Let's have a detailed vacuuming session. This means to vacuum the room, making sure to get up against the baseboards and to get under the furniture. Please be careful that you don't hurt yourself trying to move furniture. If it is too difficult to get under the couch or chairs then just try to get as close to the base of the furniture as you can. Don't forget the corners!!
Have fun and don't get sidetracked!

Yesterday I did something I had been putting off in the living/lounge room. Sorting out DD's lalaloopsy dolls, they are small and have lots of tiny accessories and I sat down and sorted them out & tidied them. DD is happy and so am I ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

I think I was in the wrong ZONE this week
oh well Ive given the ceiling and beams in the loungeroom a really good sweep with the cobweb broom and I've wiped down the walls with my rubber scrubber. I also swept the back porch really well
tomorrow I want to clean the two light fittings
not much but more than I did last month in this ZONE.
