Hi all
DD had her book week parade this morning, now I am home trying to get motivated to clean, and then maybe a nap before I need to pick up DD. DH is back at the hospital today, FIL is about the same, no one knows how long or anything so we have to play it be ear

Hi everyone,
Working from home and trying for some semblance of balance. I just read a little book that I had on doing what needs to be done and trying to focus just on the next steps and on those jobs that are part of my 'purpose'. The first is very FlyLady baby steps, but the second part explains why I can be busy but really procrastinating on those bigger jobs that are part of that purpose. It gave me a new perspective.
Also trying to be much more proactive about my health. I need to lose weight to be healthy and have been putting it off because, so far, I've avoided any health complications from being overweight, hence it's easy for me to avoid facing it. Today I did a PT session with my DGf and I had half an apple, almonds and a coffee for morning tea. My goal is to avoid biscuits and processed carbs. Anyway, will try to keep going.
Big list today, so I won't put it all here. DS8 is home sick from school, but is pretty self-contained. Might pop over to the 3s.
