Good Morning Lovely Ladies, Good-bye August,
How quickly has August flown by? The beautiful blue sky outside here today gives promise to the weather warming up and the Spring ahead.
Yesterday was a 'fluttery' kind of day. Bit of this, bit of that. Actually got back on the treadmill for 30mins, first time in forever. It's not long, but it's better than nothing, thankfully the diet side of things hasn't been terrible (not 100% but not terrible).
Today I will take full advantage of the weather, I have a few loads to do, I always seem to have a few loads to do. I'd like to get the ironing back up to date also to start the week fresh.
I will take DMum home this arvo, so she is at her house for personal care girl and meals on wheels delivery tomorrow, then see if she want to come back after that (I am pushing for that). Whether it's skeletal/muscular or still something in the digestive tract, it's just a bunch easier for her to be here and have use wait on her, rather than her having to get up and down for every little thing. Plus I do think company is a nice distraction for her and it gets her out of her own head-space for a time.
Elizabeth, you are on the home stretch now, deep breath, head down, b#m up and you can conquer this week.
DrSarah, I got a bit exhausted just reading your posts from yesterday, well done on all you did, you made some great progress. And I loved reading that you were also taking a few breaks too. Funny how one thing, leads to another and then to another. Well done.
Judy is still traveling but should be pretty close to home I think from recent posts. It will be nice to have her back.
Elasti and Medusa, I hope you are both having a good weekend and getting some 'ME TIME' in there somewhere.
And SYS, well I rang her the other day and had a good chat. They are celebrating DH's 50th Birthday this weekend and will have quite a crowd at home. She sounded very organized to me, but said she still had a bunch to do. I hope they all had a great weekend. Hugs to them all.
Ok, time to get my "FLY on". 1st up - Main Bed, Ensuite and Walk In Robe, then get some washing hung and another started. I have 3 still sleeping atm, so I'll be creeping around a little until they wake.
Wishing you all a Super Sunday. May you find even just a moment or two to rest, relax, renew and recharge for the coming week xoxo
