Good Morning Lovely Ladies
Had a fun time yesterday at Millers Clearance Store. I got several prs of different coloured denim jeans, a pr of slacks, 3 tops, 2 exercise pants and a blazer, the bag was so full the handle broke. All for under $130. And I'm thrilled with some of the sizes I was able to buy. I won't be looking like a bag lady now.
DD20 is having fun in Sydney, even went to a night club down there (I didn't know that was happening ), thankfully they were with a group. Not so sure she will be 'healthy' this morning, she is not usually a big drinker. DD16 has dance rehearsals today and then Eisteddfod tomorrow. We have 2 dances tomorrow (1 morning, 1 arvo) so a few of us are going to take the kids out to lunch inbetween which will be fun. DH is giving golf a miss this arvo, he has had shoulder pain for ages and is finally taking 'MY' advice and resting it.
Ok, time to get a load in the machine and plan my day. Wishing you all a Super Saturday and a Wonderful Weekend.

Morning Shellie and Elasti
Yesterday ended up with shenanigans. DD has a chest & ear infection, got antibiotics from Dr. Then I knocked the antibiotics out of the fridge and the glass bottle broke, so I had to rush around to get a replacement script.....
Today may be a quieter day, but am waiting until DH is awake before we figure out what is happening today

Hi Everyone Shellie- thats great that you got some new clothes that you’re happy with and you didn’t pay a fortune for. Medusa-bummer dropping the meds! Such a pain to have to get new ones again Elasti-hope you get an opportunity to nap today. As I type this everything is underlined, hopefully i can fix this I have tried but no success so far Its since i used a new site for pics (thanks Elasti) Im too old for all this new technology We had a lovely night last night with DD29s family. DH cooked all the dinner and I did all the dishes while stuff was in the oven and cooking before they arrived, so after dinner the cleanup was quick. Ive just got a couple of baking trays and the huggest wine glasses to wash this morning. DH is back at work! He’s had one day at work (about a fortnight ago) since the 15th JUNE. Its been great getting stuff done around the house and all the cooking done, but now its back to real life. Im finding life a bit more tiring as Thursdays I will ALWAYS be starting at 7am and now we’ve a new surgeon operating Mondays- not many ATM-but Mondays is my day as well. We now have 2 people starting early and the Practice Manager won’t, So I have a whole day alone at home, with no plans-which I’m pretty happy about too! Its sunny ATM but not meant to be real good so ill get out a bit while its dry -between showers?
SATURDAY
Ta Da made coffee, let DDog out, opened the house
To Do
Shower, get dressed, make bed, towels onto wash, wash baking trays and glasses, empty 2 drawers of DW, Ring my Dsis, ring my DF, Decided what to have for dinner and take out meat to defrost, Replace doona cover on spare bed, Unpack my tub of clothes I picked up from travel companions, feed chooks, light fire , fill woodbox Work in the ZONE and outside- depending on weather, weed one of my hanging baskets
towels in dryer
Pay bills and paper filing, ironing, ANTI_PROCRASTINATION task for this week- send off THAT paperwork, sew button on pants
Help DH get in the lambs- rain, hail or shine this has to be done ASAP! Prepare dinner, dinner, dishes, feed DDog, shine sink Relax and watch my team win their game to go into Grand Final next week watch something and knit
Have a Great day Everyone!! x x

The clothes sound great, Shellie! Hope your DD feels better soon, Medusahair.
So, I have a busy weekend ahead of me. DD's friend is arriving in a bit less than two hours, so in that time I have to get her up and presentable (she's still flaked out after staying awake for ages last night) and also hopefully get the disaster that is the children's room looking vaguely OK. Oh, and I need to empty the dishwasher & get the towels out of the dryer. Then I have to catch up on work stuff (ten outgoing letters or forms to do, plus sundry other bits & pieces), the educational credit I started earlier this week, and hopefully quite a bit of ironing. And exercise today. Oh, and we're probably going to see 'Box Trolls' tomorrow, so that'll take up a chunk of my morning. Time to get started!

Hope you get it all done DrSarah- nice that you can have fun at the movies as well. You reminded me that I need to exercise too. I have no excuse as i have the treadmill set up now but I just forget its there. Ill have to put it on my todo list to remind me! I got everything done on my list today so I’m pretty happy. I even got DH to do the lambs. It took a bit to get them in the pen (well i guess that was exercise!!) but all 4 have been de-tailed and the little boy has been dealt with too The killers have lived to see another day, as usual. I would like to have spring lamb chops on the bbq instead of old mutton casserole/stews/curries :)oh well..
Have a Goodnight Everyone!! x

Sorry - make that 11 outgoing letters for work. I'd forgotten one. However, it's now down to 4.

<sigh>Twelve letters. I found the twelfth when I went through my task list, just as I was congratulating myself on having finished all eleven. But at least now it is only one!
