Good Morning Judy and all the Lovely Ladies to come
We are getting way more sun that we are use to at this time of year Judy, 5.30am. Bring on Day Light Savings I say, perhaps I will sleep a little later. I had the fan on all night last night. It was warm, but I think my body heat is a little out of whack these days too. DH tried to turn it off at 5am when he got up for work but I told him to leave it on. It was lovely.
So up and at 'em early again today. I have Load 1 in the machine(grabbed up a basket full of washing at DMum's yesterday. There are a few things she 'can't live without' so I am washing them while she's not there). BTW DMum is back in hospital. On Sunday morning she woke with a thumping headache, tried to rest while it eased. It didn't ease and by 2pm she rang me again (thankfully she has a one touch button with my name on it) and was very confused, couldn't quite string a sentence together. So I called the Ambulance. When they arrived she couldn't remember her address or the name of Panadol. So off to hospital she went. They aren't sure if it's a TIA (Mini-Stroke), a Migraine or a Bladder Infection. Apparently confusion can happen with Bladder infections, although she has had NO other symptoms with the Bladder, so they have her on Antibiotics for the Bladder.
Yesterday I had a meeting at DMums with the 'In home care' providers (DMum needs it more that ever now). So that will be ready to start on the 7th October. I am not sure how long they will keep her in hospital. She is in the gyny ward so it's quiet and not really actual sick/germy people so hopefully she won't be exposed to any new germs. The Ambulance, ER staff and ward staff have been wonderful this time, sometimes you just get super lucky.
Ok, so time to get a wriggle on. I'd like to take a good crack at WHB this morning, plus head out for a 30min walk before it gets too warm. Then off to the hospital to see DMum.
Wishing you all a Terrific Tuesday xoxo
