Hi everyone,
Worked from home today, but also did a PT session with DGf and her trainer. Feeling better for it. Not confident and not eating well since we returned from holidays so hoping this is the break I need to face those issues.
Work is going ok. Tomorrow I go to my workplace which is easier in a way. Hoping to get the house in order first.
