Good Morning Ladies,
Yesterday was pretty much a write off, I just felt so sick. I didn't sleep much last night, but still feel better than yesterday, at least my temperature & sore throat's settled down. Today is my prepping day & I need to get more Christmas things squared away. I feel so unorganised! I'm not even sure when DParents arrive, all I know is they'll be here before Christmas until after New Year. I think I'll write a quick timeline for the ? days left to see more clearly what I can get done & when. DH wants to go & have a family picnic/do something somewhere today, weather permitting.
So here I go- Sunday
shine the sink/deal with dishes from yesterday
morning routine
PUPA
wash sheets
remake beds
wash a load of clothes
fold yesterday’s washing & put away
rubbish/recycling out
bins out to kerb family time - DH decided to take the kids out for an hour or 2 so I can rest write a timeline/countdown to dos for Christmas/New Year plan next week menu plan write grocery list
clear out fridge clear out freezer what’s for dinner? fish bake -
fill pill box
clean & refill coffee pot paint my nails
declutter 15 mins - DD's school books & things from this year fold & iron afternoon routine
evening routine
GRAVY: paperwork/process stuff I need for Tuesday/put out paper inferno finance folder recipes folder 2015 goals list
Wishing you all a lovely day

Hope you feel better soon Elasti
Today is church, then this afternoon I need to drive 45 mins to pick up MIL, then church Christmas carols, then DH is driving her back (she doesn't like to drive, FIL used to drive everywhere)
Have been having nightmares every night for a week (when I am stressed it happens) DD has been waking at night and DH is struggling with grief...

Both DMum and I suffer nightmares when we over heat in bed. Have you got too many covers on for this time of year? Can you turn a fan on maybe? Try writing down you TODO's or your Worries before bedtime. Pop them in a drawer, hopefully that gets them out of your head for the night at least. Oh and turn off the technology well before bedtime, it is just too stimulating for the brain to handle and wind down

Good Morning Elasti, Medusa and all the Lovely Ladies to come
Elasti, that's quite a long list. I hope you enlist the help of DH again, (btw way to go DH, vaccing and mopping, woohoo. Where do you get one of those?)
Medusa, have a great time at the Carols, ours were rained out again this year, so enjoy them double for me. I posted to you earlier too.
Yesterday was a hit and miss kind of day. Just fluttered mostly. We went to a dress up 30th last night. I was a Dr. and DH was a golf pro (the theme was come as what you want to be when you grow up, mine was based on the idea, I have a stethoscope, lol, some total of my planning) I was very good foodwise yesterday and even managed a walk, woohoo to me
I have been awake since 5.30 and am dressed to workout gear. Just haven't moved past that point yet, but really should get out and get back while I have the energy.
TODO's Vac (didn't happen yesterday) Wrap(doing a few each day has been less overwhelming) Keep house PUPA'ed Maybe a swim Eat right
Wishing you all a Superb Sunday and I hope your weekend is Wonderful xoxo

Shellie - his mother is a neatfreak-BO-get it done-&-out of the road-type A. Some of that 'get it done' thinking rubbed off on DH.

Hi Everyone Elasti-I love your pic today! You do have quite a list! Can you really fit a picnic somewhere in there?? Medusa, its so hard this time of year when you’ve lost someone close to you.-hugs!! Shellie- photos of you dressed up?? Good on you getting back into the exercise. Elizabeth- I hope you are doing well too We’ve had a great weekend so far. Had a lovely time at DGDs 2nd birthday. We stayed to help clean up. The other grandparents were staying the night and are elderly (even older than us- he is in 80s) They had a nap on the couch & recliner during and after the party DGD got a wading pool which she was hardly out of all day. She also loved the baby born doll and carry basket we got her. (Im hoping her mum will have another baby next year ) When we got home DH went to bed and then off to work for night shift again. Today is our Christmas lunch with my extended family. All presents and poems are done for that (including the couple not coming because of break up ), except DHs. He hasn’t yet wrapped his and he should’ve asked Shellie to do a poem for him!! Its a busy week for me. Ill work Monday and Tuesday and Tuesday night is Christmas with our kids at DD29s house but we are providing most of the food.( DH will be home those days but wants to do lawns before we go) Wednesday i will need to pack, Thursday is an early start and a long day at work and Friday we leave to go on holidays. Did I mention I will NEVER go away before Christmas again!! so today...
Put another load washing on, bring in yesterdays and fold, put away clean dry dishes in kitchen, pick veggies before zuchinnis get too huge!, wrap last 3 presents, look for one I seem to have misplaced??!! Hang out washing, Shower, dress, wake DH, do makeup and go to lunch
bring in washing, fold and put away, make an easy low cal dinner, oops no dinner at all dinner, dishes, feed DDog,
relax and watch final episode of Homeland early night! oh and Christmas letter is all done so need to put in cards and put stamps on ready to post
Hope you all are Enjoying your Weekend!! x x

Hope you all are Enjoying your Weekend!! x x While reading about your busy week Judy, I was hearing that song in my head "Put another log on the fire, cook me up some bacon and some beans, go out to the car and change the tyre, wash my sock and sew my old blue jeans........."
You just sound so busy. I hope you enjoy your early Christmas Celebrations and end up really enjoying your holiday xoxoxo
