Hi Everyone Medusa- good on you for getting up early and into it! Well I had a really fun day with my extended family. We went to a cafe/restaurant which we hadn’t done before (my DM paid for us all as our Christmas present) and it was good. Then we went to my Dsis for desserts and coffees and Kris Kringle. It was really fun and the poems were hilarious. (Thanks Shellie I used both the ones you gave me as I had 2 extras as DS21 and his exDGF didn’t come) Today is a work day for me and after work I need to pick up a couple of groceries, post Christmas cards and drop off a load of presents at DD29s (someone is taking our car to Sydney to clock up more kms and we swapped with a much smaller car) Then when I ge home finalize any other Christmas cards-new DFs or people we’ve reconnected with this year and the O/S ones as well. I want to make a gluten, dairy, and egg free cake for tomorrow and do the regular blessings as well
Have a Great Monday Girls!! x x

Good Morning Medusa, Judy & those to come,
10 days you say? That's ok, I'm fine, I'm totally ready, no problem, haha, okay. Yikes, I seem to be getting worse at FLYing, not better.
I started to fade yesterday afternoon, so not a lot got done between lunch & dinner. We took the kids out for a drive to look at Christmas lights after dinner, there's some really good ones around. DH loves it. He says 'I wonder where they got those (insert whatever type of light/decoration it is) from? We need more bling kids!' & I'm like stickybeaking in their windows - 'Where & how do they store all of this stuff?!' I'm bah humbug. Poor DH.
Anyway, I've got some carryovers from yesterday, I'm not buying groceries today because we ended up going last Thursday with my mucked up week. Feeling okay today, so I'll see how I go. Need to get my skates on.
Monday To Dos: morning routine sweep kitchen bring bins in write a timeline/countdown to dos for Christmas/New Year plan my week menu plan write grocery list for later in the week bake? couldn't decide yesterday - need to check my ideas for Christmas fold & iron + yesterdays load of clothes afternoon routine evening routine paint my nails
GRAVY: paperwork/process stuff I need for Tuesday/put out paper inferno finance folder recipes folder 2015 goals list
Wishing you all a great day

Good Morning Lovely Ladies
You all sound like you have a plan for the day. I hope somewhere in that day you get to put your feet up, even just for a little while.
Today is DH day off, which usually means not much gets done. Our major plan is to go buy DH a Christmas present. 2 different bags of clothes I bought home, and 2 different bags of clothes got returned to Target. Wrong size. So now he has to go try on himself and he can pick what he likes. Then DD16 and DH are going for a 'secret shop' and I'll go price check the final gift for DD20 (hoping there is some sort of 'flash sale or amazing discount'), they have plenty in stock and it's Priceline, so they do sometimes just run a pretty quiet sale on certain things. Last time it was 40% off all make-up lines. Before that it was 40% off perfumes, So hoping they do the same(before Christmas) on facial products (it's an Ultra Sonic rechargeable facial brush). And then do a few groceries and have a sneaky coffee in peace, lol
Then it will be some wrapping probably while DH watches a movie or two. His days off are pretty relaxed. And I might convince him to BBQ
It's almost 9am. No one else is up. I think I will sneak out for my walk soon. If DH wakes up before then he can come, otherwise he is on his own. I'm not waiting around all day to do it. I have things to do.
Ok, wishing you all a Marvelous Monday. Deep breathes. Everything will get done. It always does. I think we work better under pressure anyway. xoxo
Just on a personal goal note. Somehow (don't know if it's 'fear of failure' or just 'dogged determination') but I am now just 1kg away from my 2014 goal weight (that's 25kg gone). And I have 10 days (and several hills to climb) to get there. Fingers crossed for me girls. I know I will be so disappointed in myself if I am not there at the finish line.

1 kilo - you can do it! We're here for ya Thanks Elasti, I know thats the one thing I can count on is my FLYsista's support :Dxoxo
DD16 and I just did our walk. Up 3 different hills today. DD16 decided I should have lost the whole 1kg doing just that, lol. But I don't think so. I forget sometimes that she had the Glandular Fever and maybe still doesn't have the stamina she used to. But she will bounce back after a rest, she does after dancing.
