Good Morning Lovely Ladies
On 26th December 2013 last I told my Sis-in-law I wanted to lose 26kgs by next Christmas.
I spent that whole Summer (before and after Christmas) walking every day without weight loss.
On 21st February 2014 I started the Dukan Diet (thanks to Judy and Elasti)
Today, 21st December 2014, 10months after starting Dukan, I have reached my goal. Down 26 (.8)kgs.
I can't thank Elasti and Judy enough. Without out their help and encouragement along the way I would never have reached this goal. All my FLYsista's have helped change my life in one way or another, but you two have changed my health also. And I will be forever grateful that you (although we have never met in person) took me under your 'wings' and helped, guided and encouraged me through this process. I am not finished yet, just happily reaching this latest milestone. I have had my hiccups along the way, which you rallied and jollied me out of, which again I am so grateful for, those could have been the moments (like in the past) that I quit and failed, but because of you girls, I didn't give in and didn't quit.

Congratulations Shellie 26.8kgs is a massive achievement
Today is church, then DH's family christmas celebration. It will be a sad one, without FIL, but having all the kids there will brighten the day
Hope everyone has a great day

Hi me again,
Yesterday we had Morning Tea with my Dad, then I got 5 loads of washing washed and dried.
Last night while I watched the Carols (alone - kids all out and DH went to bed before the Wiggles came on) I got all ironing/folding and putting away done. Also washed up the Lolly Jars and Flashing Glasses (for Santa Sacks) and sorted the treats for the jars. Got the kitchen 'squared away'.
Today is DD16's 2nd Dance Schools Pool Christmas Party. I will drop her off, go to a nearby Shopping Center that has a great 'Absolutely Anything (like Dollar King/Reject Shop) Shop' and look for Car Flags. Seriously I think DH either hid them or chucked them, I can't find them anywhere. (I will not be beaten - I have forgone my lights this year as DH's shoulder are too bad and can't lift them above his head, I will not forgo decorating the cars). BTW I have my Antlers and Red Nose on my car. This morning I have 1st load of towels in the machine and am going to change the sheets on my bed and get them washed. I'll do 2nd Load of towels after DD16 wakes up and I check her room for towels. I'd also like to run the vac through the back room and the gravy would be getting it mopped. This arvo I would love nothing more that coming home and floating in the pool for awhile (that would be the Cranberry sauce on top of the gravy, lol).
Wishing you all a Super Sunday and hope your having a Wonderful Weekend. xoxo
