Hi everyone, Heigh ho today and kids's after school activities. Need to focus on calm and do what needs to be done because I have a lot on my plate and am recognizing my stress. Dinner is leftover bolognaise so will cook up some fresh pasta and make a salad. Personal goal for today is to drink water and eat reasonably. I indulge when I'm tired and stressed so need to stop it! Wishing you all a great day. Attachments:

I got everything done on my list yesterday, I've made some changes in my routines so I'm feeling positive this morning.
Monday To Dos:
morning routine buy groceries bring the bins in
fill out some medical forms for DS
declutter zone afternoon routine before bed routine
Gravy: clear some emails

Hi all Medusa. Have fun doing the literacy with DDs class. Elasti- sounds like a good day for you,.Elizabeth- have a good day at work- good thinking on the L/o for a work day! I too am determined to only eat healthy food today WHATEVER the DBPs make for Dessert!! It's a wok day for me too today. I did a load of washing last night and put on a load this morning. DH will hang them both out. DD25 is coming over this afternoon and will stay for dinner DH is doing a slow cooked beef roast. I will water the front pot and hanging plants and feed all animal, collect eggs and produce. Anything else will be gravy - some ironing?
