Good Morning Girls, it's Good Friday! I can't believe that it is here already, it is a quite day here for us. We normally stay at home and spend the day together and remember all that Jesus did for us at the cross. As well as enjoying our hot cross buns! I hope we all have a wonderful family time today and this Easter weekend! Please stay safe! Love to you all.... oxoxoxoxo

Hi everyone,
Big job this morning - we set up DS4's new room. It looks fabulous. We'll continue decluttering over the next couple of days, but I'm really happy with it.
This afternoon we're off to visit some friends for a casual dinner. I'm making two salads and taking some drinks.
Hope you're having a good one.

Hello Lovelies
I got RBT'd at 8.45 am. Seems an odd time to be doing it. But then I don't have Bailey's on my weetbix so they are probably not targeting me. BTW, I passed.
I'm just home from work. We are a recreation business, so weekends and public holidays (religious or not) are our busy days. It was quite a busy morning, but by about 11.30 it was very quiet. It will hopefully pick up again after lunch. DH is hoping to get home early this arvo and employee will hold down the 'fort'. There was a bit of excitement though, DH had to chase some cows back into a paddock and someone found a baby red-bellied black snake. Turns out the snake was dead, and yesterday some stupid employees (no ours) thought it would be funny to leave it in a garden outside the main doors. It did take until 11am for anyone to find it, but then it caused a stir. Why are some people so dumb. DH removed it (once he confirmed it was very very dead).
So I'm home again. Called at my local IGA on the way home (yes it's open, as is the hot bread shop, the garage, the movie theater that DS21 works at [and he'd be getting double time today] and the PUB. I don't mind I'm just surprised. Usually I sit at home on Good Friday with the kids and we wouldn't know what was open and what was closed.
So for me now, I want to do some cooking. Going to try to make a Banana flavoured Dukan Cake. And maybe a Dukan Brownie aswell. Also want to make the Dukan Flat bread. I'm having a 3 day ATTACK phase (after the anniversary) and I'm looking for something different to chow down on.
Anything else will be 'gravy' as Elasti says. I am home alone right now. DS21, well he doesn't live here, DD19 is at TNB's house and DD16 is with a GF up the road (so she didn't have to come to work) helping paint the parents bedroom. Funny we can't remember DD16 offering to help paint around here.
Ok time to move (or make a coffee) Wishing you and your families a Safe, Happy and Peaceful Easter Weekend. Be safe on the roads and take your time. May the Bunny be good to you.
