Good Morning Ladies
Well I've been a little MIA, very busy.
Wednesday both DD's and I were home, so of course we went shopping, lol. Both got some new shoes, DD16's are even water resistant for winter.
Thursday went to DMums and had the day with her, doing her groceries, sorted some banking stuff, just hanging out.
Friday I went to work, stayed longer than I wanted to, then quick grocery shop, home, cooked Pizza for dinner (diet friendly), found the whole day rather an effort really. My foot hurts and that is draining.
Today we are expecting a 'cold snap' and probably some wet weather over the weekend. High winds with an Arctic Chill. Sounds like a good day to baton down the hatches and stay indoors.
Now to catch up with you all
Jilly, I hope you had a lovely home day yesterday after your busy week, funny how we look for those days with just nothing else on, love them.
Dr Sarah, I'm please you took time for yourself and had that nap, you must have really needed it. You do sound like you have the candle burning at both ends sometime. I hope your weekend is restful.
Elizabeth, I'm with you, don't accept being under valued. Fight for your worth. Happy Anniversary to you and DH, I hope you have a lovely date night. Great to have DCiL on hand to babysit. Take full advantage of it while you can, we never did that when ours were young, and I regret it.
Elasti, meetings at home AAAHHHH!!!!!! Your a brave girl. Glad DH jumped on board with the kids AND CLEANED UP HIS STUFF. I understand drowning in paper, IT'S JUST NOT MINE!!!!! I hope the meeting went well for you and you can take a break over the weekend after your busy days getting the house 'company ready'. I could hear the trumpets sounding too lol
Medusa, doesn't it drive you nuts when someone buys something only weeks from their Bday or Mothers Day. The necklace sounds like a lovely idea, I hope you find one. You are such a lovely friend doing your DF's laundry. She is very lucky to have you.
Judy, your trip sounds......challenging....., I saw the pic of the purchase on facebook, hopefully that will make things more 'comfortable' for you. Are you riding the Canning Stock Route? You will need a comfortable 'seat' after a day in the saddle. lol
Hey, SYS, where are you? How's the packing, decluttering going? Have you found somewhere to live? Are you okay? Miss you.
Ok, well I hope I've caught up with everyone, Wishing you all a Wonderful Weekend. xoxo
