Good Morning Lovely Ladies
Ah Sunday....... I am up too early for a Sunday Morning, don't know why, I just woke up without any disturbances.
Yesterday was pretty FLY, 3 loads washed and dried, vacced whole house (except spare & DD21's rooms - didn't need it), 60mins on Treadmill, house 'ship-shape', cooked a nice dinner, only thing I didn't 'shine my sink' , there was only the darn fry pan and a saucepan steamer stack, but I just didn't do it.
I must say too, the weather yesterday was divine, no way did if feel like May more like a summers day. It was so lovely sitting out in the sun for awhile. Don't know yet what todays weather will bring, it's not cold and there is a cloud cover, hoping it burns off and we have another day like yesterday.
So this morning I must bring the kitchen back to rights. Then I need to go to Woolies (I bought the wrong light globes), home to get onto the Treadmill and get that out of the way. Then I have some laundry to take care of. Folding from yesterday and the ironing up to date. Lunch is a BBQ (PP DAY) and dinner might be BBQ leftovers if I play my cards right. DH will be home about lunchtime. Then I hope the rest of the day will be some time to Rest and Renew for both DH & I. He is looking and feeling very tired. Since this diet I have been feeling more energized and well just lighter, but he just seems so tired. I know he has early starts and works long hours most days, but he's done that for years. I guess he's just not as young as he use to be and he has a few injuries that are bring him down a little, pain can do that. I don't think it's the knock on the head, as he was feeling this way before then, so I am worried I have ruined him with this diet, so i moved him onto the next phase hoping extra cals from fruit would give him a boost.
Ok, time to 'move it, move it'. Wishing you all a Super Sunday and a Wonderful finish to your Weekend. xoxo
