This is from a slow cooker page on facebook. Place aluminum balls in bottom of slow cooker, place legs(pieces) on top so juices run off. Don't know how long for, finish off in the oven on a tray with baking paper. Apparently you marinate chicken in milk 1st, you could add flavour to milk (stock powder, chilli, garlic powder, onion powder)

Ingredients
Caramel mud cake
380g can too 'n' fill (Nestle brand) 1 cup dark brown sugar 3/4 cup hot water 1 tablespoon honey teaspoon vanilla essence 3 eggs, at room temperature 1 cup plain flour 1 cup self-raising flour
Icing 2 tablespoons butter 3 tablespoons milk 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1 cup icing sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

Step 1: Turn on your slow cooker on high to perheat it.
Step 2: Put Top ‘n’ Fill, sugar, vanilla, hot water and honey in large mixing bowl. Beat until all blended.
Step 3: Add 3 eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Sift in flour with wooden spoon than beat until well combined.
Step 4: Line slow cooker bowl with baking paper. Pour Batter into bowl. Cook 2 hours on high
Step 5: Melt the butter in pan on top of stove. Stir in tablespoons milk and brown sugar. For one minute boil vigorously.
Step 6: Turn stove off. Place saucepan on heat mat on bench and beat in 1/2 cup icing sugar. Allow to cool slightly, than add vanilla and remaining 1/2 cup icing sugar. If icing is too thick is add a little more milk.
Step 7: spread icing over cooled cake
Serves: 8 Preparation Time: 20 minutes Cooking Time: 2 hours on high

I was wanting to find the cookie recipe from the forums years ago. I have a feeling this is it. Does anyone remember?
Basic Cookie Dough 1 cup sugar 200g butter 1 can sweetened condensed milk 5 cups self raising flour
cream butter and sugar, add flour and can of milk. Roll into balls bake on abking paper in a moderate oven. I add all sorths of things to the mix- cranberries, coconut and white choc is a family favourite, raising, choc chips, M&M's the combinations are endless... my favourite part of this, you can freeze the dough balls and cook them later. It makes about 75!

Yes it was freezable dough. 500g seems so excessive looking at it now. We are going to give the 200g recipe a go, make a few, see how they turn out and if it's wrong we will melt and add some more butter. Thanks Elasti.

For a variation to the biscuit recipe try one of the following.
Almond essence and flaked almonds Almond essence, oatmeal jam thumbprints Almond meal, honey and mixed spices Apricot and macadamia ( I might add white chocolate) Baileys Bake plain, dredge with coloured castor sugar while still warm, Banana and cocoa. 1 mashed ripe banana and 3 tbs cocoa 1/2 cup of coconut Biscotti: Make recipe and mix in nuts or whatever biscotti ingredients you like. (I used chopped and toasted almonds) Roll into a long roll and bake a little longer until the roll is lightly browned all over Let cool completely. Now for the tricky bit: cut briskly in diagonals with a very sharp knife Lay carefully on tray again and bake for 10 more minutes or until browned *warning* these are so crumbly it takes a couple of tries but they turned out beautifully for me. Speed seems to help, rather than going slowly. and the crumbs are fun to eat! or you can save them for pie crusts or toppings. Brown sugar instead of white sugar in the original mix. Buy a bag of "el cheap o" smarties & give them a bash with the rolling pin till they in bits, then mix them in.. Caramel milk shake mix Carob Cherries and nuts. 1 tblspn chopped red / green maraschino cherries & 1 tbsp of nuts Cherry ripe- rice bubbles, coconut, quartered glace cherries and dark choc chips Choc chip and Walnut Choc choc chip biscuits – choc chips and three big spoonfuls of cocoa powder, and a little less flour to the mix Choc mint, add 1tsp peppermint essence & 1 tbsp melted choc chips OR Cocoa and peppermint essence Chocolate and white chips melted and marbelled through the mixture Chocolate chips / chunks Chocolate chips and glace cherries (chopped) Chocolate chips and nuts Chocolate chips and sweet rice-bubbly-cereal Chocolate Freckle lolly on top Chocolate melt in them and folded the mix over it and made a ball Chopped dried apricots, white choc & almond Chopped peanuts, peanut butter and dark choc bits Christmas I have chocolate chip Stars Cocoa. Pear and Haloumi Salad Note: Measures are approximate - I make this off the top of my head... And we love Haloumi - so might be a bit more than needed ? Ingredients: 200g Mixed greens Or Rocket & Spinach - I get a bag pre-washed 150g Haloumi 1-2 Pears 100g Walnuts Dressing: 4 tbsp Olive Oil 2 tbsp Vinegar (I use white wine vinegar usually) 1 tsp Dijon Mustard 2 tsp Honey Method: 1) Roast walnuts in tray with baking paper 180 degrees c. 8 mins (check regularly because they brown very fast at the end) - put aside to cool 2) Slice Haloumi c. 1/2cm thickness and cook in frypan until golden and a little bit crispy - put aside to cool slightly then cut into smaller pieces c. 1cm rectangles 3) Peel and dice pear c. 1.5cm cubes (could slice if you wanted or even leave skin on) 4) Put washed salad greens in bowl. Add walnuts, pear, Haloumi then dress - see below. Dressing: Combine ingredients in a jar - season with salt and pepper if you like, shake well and serve.

Roasted Capsicum (Peppers)
Do you LOVE Roasted Capsicum but HATE the messy scorched skin, now you can slow roast Capsicum in you SC
Just spray bowl with light coating of Olive Oil Add Halved and Seeded Capsicums (Peppers) Cook on HIGH for 3hours or until you see the skin begin to peel off
Skin peels pretty easy, no charred bits.
It also created some 'juice' in the bottom which I am planning to add to a Tomato Soup.
