Good Morning Lovely Ladies
I am making a Sunday night post so I can get a head start on the Treadmill in the morning, I can get easily get side tracked on the computer in the morning and miss valuable early exercise time. OMG I am sounding like a Gym Junkie
Yesterday was pretty BALANCED. I did a few loads of washing (sun went away so all needs a quick burst in dryer to make sure they are dry). I did 3 sets of Elliptical followed by Treadmill, followed by some FLYing. Total exercise time 2HOURS & 10MINUTES. It took all morning but I felt great taking that ME time.
After lunch I showered, got into my warmest trackie dacks and snuggled under a blankie with my book 'The Fault in Our Stars' and several cups of (99%Fat Free) Hot Chocolate. Managed to read 200pages (half way through). There is a movie being released next weekend and the girls want to go, so I am speed reading to catch up before we see the movie. All in all Yesterday was all about ME!!!!!! Not to anyone else's liking, but TOUGH LUCK!!!!!
So today it's back to a bit more normal a day. Daily Routines, maybe 1hr -1hr30mins Exercise, some reading (but not a marathon), some FLYing. The usual Monday. DH's day off. Weigh In day tomorrow, I hope this exercise pays off. Might even take measurements again also.
Ok, time to hit the hay.
Wishing you all a Marvelous Monday xoxo

You rock, Shellie!!! WTG on your goals and I love your enthusiasm and commitment.
Hi Medusa, I hope you get a little 'you' time on those errands - just a coffee maybe? Love your focus.
Hi everyone,
Slow morning this morning with 4 changes of plan - but then, that's the way we roll as a DGf would say (personally, I find it just a little stressful - perhaps I need to be more flexible). Anyway, two off, one to go! DD starts orchestra at 7am and DS8 is at tennis at 7.45am. DS4 can go to preprep from 8.30am, but I'm taking this as a blessing and a little 'me' time. It doesn't matter if he's a little late. I'll pop over to the 3s to get myself sorted.
Today is blessings in the morning: * MR * hang 2 loads * PUPA * unstack DW * clear kitchen benches and restack DW * hand wash if time or rinse and stack
Then work: * pull together new drafts of report * email to project leader late morning * meeting with project leader 1.30pm * meeting with other team 4.00pm
Then home: * DH is doing kids' dinner * concert with DH - trying to relax and go with the flow here, but I'm struggling a little picturing being awake tonight - at least it's set seating - just breathe, relax and enjoy the moments

Good to hear you got a day to yourself, Shellie! You certainly deserve it, and if other people don't like it then that's their foolishness so I'm glad to hear you didn't let that worry you. A day off today, and lots to do. I'm actually ignoring some of it so that I can focus! Let's see: Specific jobs I want to get done today: - Catch up on work
- Run some errands in town
- Get 2 loads of laundry done
- 15 mins decluttering
- Clear up the upstairs hallway (I might count that as my 15 mins decluttering, depending on how it's going)
- Weights routine and 10 mins on exercise bike
- Empty house bins
- Get DD's packed lunch done for tomorrow
Stuff I want to make some progress towards, though without a definite end-point in sight:
The first load of laundry is in. I'm going to start on work stuff.

OK - the work stuff is finished (though by god my brain dragged its feet over it), the laundry is rebooted, and the house bins are done. It's 11.00 and I'll have to leave to pick up the kids in a bit less than four hours, so I'm going to figure out a plan for the rest of the day. This is like a logic puzzle:
- Current washer load will be ready to go into dryer at (pause to check) 1.30, and I'd like to get it in pretty promptly then. - Before that, there's the low-heat stuff to get through the drier, so I want to put that in some time between 11.30 (when the current load finishes) and 12.45 (to give it time to finish before the next load is ready to go in). - If I want to get the exercising done and have time to shower afterwards before picking the kids up, I need to start exercising by... let's say 1.45, as that'll give me enough time not to be in a mad rush. - Any ironing that I do, I want to get done before then (if I do the ironing after I shower it'll just get me sweaty again). - DD's packed lunch for the most part can't be done until after she gets home from school so that I can check what she wants (I can get a couple of things done that she always has).
So, that leaves errands in town, tidying the upstairs hallway, possibly 15 minutes decluttering the study, ironing, and desk jobs, to be done by 1.45, with lunch and a couple of laundry reboots fitted in. OK - I'll do going to town next to make sure that gets done, as that's one thing I definitely do not want to leave until after I pick up the kids as taking them round town is a nightmare.
(Good grief, I sound boring. But writing it out like this actually helps me make a plan, not just get overwhelmed with how much there still is to do.)

Hi all just a quick post from me before going to bed. I am so tired. All the kids came over for dinner last night and 2 of them brought their dogs so it was a full house! We had a really enjoyable night but none ever help clean up. Oh well it was all done by the time I left for work this morning- DH did help. After getting home from work I prepared and cooked dinner- that is all....and sat on the couch I hope aim more motivated tomorrow after work! Have a Goodnight Ladies! X x

Yes! Managed it! Ironed three tops, did a bit of work on my accounts, and got all the other stuff done. So, not as much work on the ironing or the desk jobs as I'd have liked, but at least I ticked off everything I meant to do one way or another, which does not happen very often!
Tomorrow I need to go shopping, empty the kitchen bin, vacuum/mop the kitchen floor, and do ten minutes on the bike, plus doing my 15 mins decluttering. Whatever time is left over, I want to spend on the ironing and the desk jobs again, plus hopefully an educational unit.
