Ok - so I'm unstoppable with the insert pictures now. Thank you friends!
I found this on the Flylady website during a work break and thought it was terrific. I know I forget often what it's all about and loving myself is essential to build the stores to do for others.
Today, it's mostly get through work day. The meeting is at 1pm and the preparation is large. I need to be at uni by 10am for printing. Sometimes printing takes a long time and I'm not wanting to be late for the meeting. (I was late last time when the printer stuffed up.)

Good Morning Lovely Ladies
My See-Saw has swung a little too much to the 'it's all about me' side this week. Not complaining. But today I need to get it balanced again. I need to do WHB, washing (multiple loads as it's clear sky in every direction), some menu planning and Dukan cooking and my Daily Routines (like S&S, PUPA each room). So busy day ahead.
Yesterday I was tired after my late night 'homework'. But speech was delivered on time and all is right in the 'scholastic world' of DD16. DD20 had her 1st end of semester exam yesterday too, and she seems happy about it, which is always a good sign with her. DS21's GF had one yesterday too, but she is not so happy (can't do much about that I'm afraid, she was one very sullen visitor last night). DS21 has no exams for his subjects, only assessment tasks and reports, so he is traveling ok and the pressure is off him for the next month. Yes they get about 1 month off in the middle of the year. Honestly if they didn't have so many holidays they could all finish their degrees a year early and be out contributing to society. But then the lecturers wouldn't get 5months a year off on holidaysB-|
Anyway, onwards and upwards with my day. I have just rinsed a load (forgot to hang it yesterday) and I have sorted all washing piles and instructed DD16 to add hers to the piles (I might even be able see her bedroom floor again). Time to get a load on and get my 1st Elliptical/Treadmill session in before school drop off.
Wishing you all a Terrific Thursday xoxo
