Hi Medusa & those to come later,
It's amazing what a decent night's sleep can do! Today I got up at 6, (first time in AGES) did my full morning routine with time to spare before dropping the kids to their schools, dropped DH's phone off to him at work (he forgot it), bought groceries & put everything away, then made some purees for DS for school for the rest of the week. Switched over the washing from the line to the dryer because it now is really overcast & looks like rain. Coffee break & now I'm going to just do some bank reconciling & do a 15 min declutter in my craft cupboard. My crafts are organised & tidy but the rest of the cupboard is like a catch all for random crap & gets really untidy so it needs an overhaul. Then maybe do some crafting until school pickups. I'm almost done on my cross stitch, I'll do that if the light is good enough to see by. Otherwise I might get inky.
Wishing you all a great day xo

Hi Ladies
I have been to work this morning, quick grocery shop on way home, plus quick visit to Millers (SALE IS ON). I really want a Black Tunic style light jumper (I have some stripy ones from Millers that are great to layer up in the cold) but they didn't have any. But they did have a nice Pale Grey and a Navy/Beige Stripe, both half price and the Grey was a medium, WooHoo.
DD16 has had a day off school, just feeling generally BLAH!!!!(I think that's the medical term, lol) DD20 was home studying for Uni exams and keeping and eye on 'lil sis'. DD16 has just downed a Cheeseburger Happy Meal and a Frozen Coke, so I think she will survive. I am allowing her to go to Dance Class tonight (just to watch), their Performance team has an Eisteddfod this weekend, so at least she can be seen as a 'team player' and watch the run through and listen to the instructions. I am hoping to call at a different Millers on the way there, I saw a lovely Grey/Black Stripe Jumper (also 50% off) but it was TOO BIG, again YAY!!!! But I really liked it. It is so darn cold today, so it's a good day to be buying jumpers and they can just be the 'inbetween' size. We still have quite a bit of winter to get through and I won't be cold.
Not much FLYing done today, well there was some cleaning at work. It was quiet, very cold and windy here so not many around, you can feel the snow in the air coming from somewhere down south.
Think I'll jump in now and get a little bit done before we leave. Dinner was cooked last night 'Chicken and Cabbage StirFry' so that will be quick and easy when I get home.
I hope your having a Terrific Tuesday.

Good afternoon all, hope everyone's having a good day.
Well things have settled slightly here, still heaps to do till I get some 'normality' and routines happening.
I hope to get back here a bit more regularly than I have been due to the move so hope to catch up with everyone's lives.
DS22 had his last exam at uni yesterday and has now finished University, Bachelor of Business - Marketing. He thinks he did well and should get a couple of Distinctions and High Distinctions. As he says: "After nearly 17 years of education now it's time to be a BIG boy" so he's off to the States on Tuesday for a few weeks with a few mates, doing a road trip around the west coast then he'll travel to New York on his own for a couple of days and stay with my cousin. Ooooohhh to be young again!!!
DS18 has his last exam for the semester tomorrow, then come home either tomorrow arvo or Thursday morning for a month. One leaves and one returns!!
I'm back to work tomorrow after 3 days off, never-ending stuff to get thru, also end of financial year is making mine and DH's lives soooooo hectic. I have been trying to break-up 'free time' into: 1. Daily needs - meals, washing, very basic housework, 2. After move needs - unpacking necessities, finding 'homes' for them, updating address ie; d/licence, banks etc 3. Financial needs - bills, bills and bills.
Anyway I have 2kgs of bolognaise sauce simmering atm and while that's on I'll start some bookwork which has been neglected over the past few months then cook some pasta, shine sink and call it a day.
So till next time, enjoy your afternoon/evening!!!

Hi Medusa, Hope you enjoy your windy day.
Hi Elasti - yayyyy!!! for a decent sleep and that powerful reminder that you are a loveable and capable woman, just often stretched beyond the reasonable. Hope this is the first of many.
Hi Shellie, I love how you care for your DD's and the technical term 'Blah'. Stay warm and I hope you get that jumper - sounds perfect!
Hi Sys, Great to 'see' you. Hope you have a great day!
