Good Morning Girls, Shellie that's so great about DD's choreography! You must be very proud of her. Hi Medusa, good to see you back safely, and I hope you get well soon, lovely photo! Did DD enjoy the snow? Hi Judy! It sounds like you're having a great time! And it's so nice that you choose to use your little online time to come & visit, we miss you too xo Stay safe. Today for me is wash all of the sheets, wash a load of clothes, kids school lunches, etc ready for the week, baking, bins out to kerb, FACE, fold & iron, PUPA, shine the sink & into bed at a decent hour. This is DH's last week on holidays so while he's here I'm just trying to enjoy the change of pace (fast & frenetic) & to go with the flow because he means well. Next week I'll be back on my own agenda (slow & steady) I also need to think about what scrapbooking goodies I want to buy myself for my birthday (DH & the kids' gift to me is a little shopping spree) woohoo! So I might start a list on that today too. I hope that everyone is well & has a great day

Hi Elasti, Thanks for opening so early - you're on a roll! Enjoy planning that scrapbooking spree. Hi everyone,
DD is still sick and quite miserable. It's tonsillitis and she's on antibiotics, but she's not enjoying it at all! I'm just try to keep calming her down with 'this, too, shall pass' and lots of TLC. She missed a sleepover with DFriend and is pretty disappointed about that too. I doubt she will get to school tomorrow, but I've suggested that DH can take her to work with him where she can lie down and read, watch TV or shows on her iPad which is what she would be doing at home anyway. So I can probably go to work as planned. She just needs R&R.
Today is keeping the kids on track and doing 2 lots of reading with DS8. I need to plan to keep on top of that better next week. I also need to get some of my casual work done so that it doesn't get lost and turn into a crisis rush next week. Must remind myself it's due in 11 days - that should get me going.
Wishing you all a lovely day!NOTE TO SELF:

Good Morning Lovely Ladies
Why are we all up so early on a Sunday? I have been awake for hours. I haven't done anything yet, but I am up!!!!
Today's plan - Sewing machine packed away (sewing finished or not - I'm sick of it). I have a few pairs on pants still to take in, I think the block that's stopped me from doing them, is I haven't worn any of these pairs since I took them in the 1st time. I know I won't wear them as they are, but I also know I can't wear them if I don't do it. So I have procrastinated whether to OpShop them or take them in and see if I ever use them again. I still don't want to spend money on clothes this size, I still have a long way to go.
Menfolk are going to the football today. It's the Newcastle 'Rise for Alex' round, so should be extra fun. For those who don't know Alex McKinnon (a young Newcastle Knights player) was injured and paralyzed playing football, this weekend they are raising money to help him.
DD20 is going out with her school friends tonight for dinner then they are coming back here after. She is popping out to buy some snacks later, I really don't need to do anything in prep, just plan to be cleared out of the family room/kitchen by the time they get home.
DD16 and I have no real plans today, but she is a chance to decide she wants a visitor so I am playing that one by ear.
Wishing you all a Super Sunday, you sound busy, don't forget that it is the 'day of rest', so try to do something to recharge the batteries. Have a great day.

Elasti - yes, DD did love the snow, had a ball Hope DD gets better soon Elizabeth Hope you get to have a restful day Shellie
I am still sick with a virus, some kind of upper respiritory one, but feeling slightly better than yesterday. DD has a mild temp and is out of sorts, so not sure how she will go today.
Today I would like to get some grocery shopping done and rest

Get well soon, Medusa!
Just popping back in for some mojo, Flysistas. My commitments to a calm week mean that I have pottered this weekend, tried some new things, but, of course, did not achieve anywhere near what I had hoped. Might pop over to the 3s for some momentum.
