Good Morning Lovely Ladies
I have been up for several hours already and I am feeling highly unmotivated this morning. Combo of over tired, TOTM, flailing on the Diet, too damn cold, shall I go on.
I have done my Basic Morning Routine, and the place looks tidy enough. Which means I should be slogging it out on the treadmill. But I am cold and everything feels a little ceased up this morning. Need to find my oil can. Having my 2nd coffee now, hoping it does the trick. It will be soon time to take DD16 to school, so there won't be any exercise until after my morning chat with DMum. I was so much more organized yesterday morning.
Today's grand plan WAS Zone Clean my Ensuite and Bedroom. Who knows if I will actually get it done. DD16 needs picking up at 12.30 (sport day).
My Anti-Procrastination task for today. Clean up paper work on Kitchen Hot Spot. Mostly it's just mail rubbish, and some now paid bills. Need it sorted.

OMG, I just went to the freezer to get out something for dinner and some chicken to make (the Dukan way) and did a 5 min reshuffle to take stock what I have for the next week and now I feel like I have frost bite on my finger tips. They are so cold they feel hot (if that make sense).
Summer...come back....we miss you
Still haven't got on that treadmill yet. (big sigh) I am just not feeling it today. I will do it, but seriously why can't I be one of those people who needs to put on weight instead of they type that needs to lose it. I'm sure I'd be better at that.

DD is at mums for a little bit, giving me a chance to have a bit of a break
going to pick her up soon, she was up multiple times last night with a temp so I feel very sleep deprived

Hello again, ladies - long time no see! It's noon here, so I suppose for all of you it's Friday already. Today is the start of the children's summer holiday (about six weeks long in the UK) so I've drawn up a list of things I want to work on: - Clear off stairs
- Tidy living-room windowsill
- Tidy children’s room
- Ironing backlog
- CPD (continuing professional development) backlog
- Pay tax/NI (BY 30TH JULY AT LATEST)
- Continue 52 Things project (decluttering project from the Organised Housewife list)
- Various writing projects (comments, blog posts, mailing list posts) that I want to get done.
Plus, of course, all the usual day-to-day stuff: dishwasher, taking care of kids, dinner on evenings when it's my turn, laundry. Today, I need to get the kids lunch, get them out of the house somewhere, get dinner tonight, get them to bed, and do an exercise session. Things I'll aim to get done in addition to that (getting ambitious!): Clear off stairs (something visible to improve husband's life) Pay tax/NI (since that one's got a deadline) 1 work letter to do (since I've already been putting it off for ages) Question on medical forum (since I need to ask it for the work letter) Results/scanned items at work (since I'll be logged in anyway) CPD module (since I'm behind already) Write notes on Lundy Bancroft's book (also CPD, plus it's due back) E-mail sister Few minutes at least to work on other writing Few minutes at least to work on kids' room OK - will get started now.

I've also done most of the CPD module though not all, the laundry is thoroughly rebooted (last loads in the washer/dryer and all the stuff from earlier put away), and dinner is in the oven. Not bad going.
OK... dinner will be ready soon so not much time. I've got a couple of things I want to read - if I have any time left over after that I'll start on the e-mail to my sister since I really want to get that done today.
