![](http://blogs-images.forbes.com/amymorin/files/2014/12/2015resolutions.jpg) I am pretty 'one note' in my goals for 2015.
Continuing on from my successes of 2014 (down 26kgs), I would like to lose a further 13kgs.
Continuing on the Dukan Diet.
I would like to get back to more consistent exercise. (Not promising daily but 4 or 5 days out of 7 would be good)
And I am still searching for Balance. I would like my days to include - ME Time, Family Time, FLYing Time, Carer Time and not have to forgo one for another (if that makes sense).
Wishing anyone joining me much success in any 2015 endeavor.

So a friend of mine is doing a January skipping challenge. Skip everyday. Really good exercise that tones the whole body. Her Personal Trainer is doing 500 a day and says beginners should start at 100 and if you haven't a skipping rope start with pretending until you buy one -easy? Doable?

Hey, Judy, that sounds good! I've never mastered skipping, so maybe I should just do pretend skipping anyway. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) Is it bouncing on your toes, or skipping forward through the skipping rope, or does technique not matter?

Shellie, good for you - you're inspiring! I also want to carry on with the goals I had in 2014. I wanted to make it the year I finally got my life organised, and I actually feel like I did that. Which is a pretty awesome feeling, but also in a funny kind of way leaves me feeling I don't want to set any major new challenges or goals this year - I kind of want a year of continuing what I've been doing and resting on my laurels otherwise, if that makes sense. So, my aims for 2015 will be: 1. Continue with the efforts I've made to keep my life running on track and get things done when they should get done and not in a mad last-minute-or-worse scramble. Consolidate those efforts and work on keeping my life running smoothly. 2. Continue the ongoing project of decluttering and sorting the many, many years' worth of clutter that have built up in my house. OK, that'll do me. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

Oh, wait! I do have another goal: 3. Really work on budgeting and looking at where my money goes. I want to start following the 'Project Buy A House' series on the Going Reno blog, which looks as though it has a lot of great tips. (Not that I'm actually planning to buy another house, but the tips are still good. ![:))](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/cheesy.png) )

Hmm Sarah, I didn't think the technique thing through, but I would imagine for the whole body tone it would mean swinging your arms up and down like you were skipping thru a rope. I'm going to start when I get home 2 nd or 3rd January. Shellie-another 13 kgs? Wow you go girl- you've done so well already I'm sure you can achieve anything you want to! im a bit like Sarah in that I just want to get better at what I'm already doing- getting more organised, being proactive rather than reactive. Getting more done in my ZONES would be good too. I also want to go out more with DGD on the day I have her each week and do fun stuff with her- take her to a park, playground, swimming etc. or do something creative at home together. I'll also be visiting my DM more so I guess that will often be on the day I have DGD. I will give this all some more thought too ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

Hi everyone,
Posted on a daily thread, but I have a few goals, some specific, some not.
Non-specific goals - To work on courage and grace: Courage to follow my path amidst the chaos and aim to do so with grace.
Specific: * Lose 10kg (should be doable - 1kg a month with Christmas and Easter bumps) * Progress career - develop a publication plan and act on it. * Balance as best I can - calm and happy kids; peaceful home; space for me.
Looking forward to sharing your successes in 2015.

February Goals
January ended up with just my wheels spinning. With 3 Bday's in January I did actually gain a smidge. But considering how loosely I've been following Dukan (some really blurred lines this month) I gues that a little gain is a blessing, it could have been much worse.
So Feb I want to be back on track. I'd love to lose 3-4kgs, at this point I'd be happy with any.
