You are doing so well DrSarah. That walk was while we were away for the weekend. If we are home Id have to go on my own. DH will always say he will weed/mow/garden if I suggest a walk. He thinks its a waste of time. I honestly dont exercise much at all. I really hate it!! I need an attitude shift i know. My new plan is to go on treadmill with earphones and an audio book. Its in a different room than the TV. Can your DS wear earphones while on computer, maybe listening to his music?? Elasti- good on you! Maybe I should try that chart as well.

Ok Im away for two of those weekends with DFs (which means more food and alcohol and eating out) but I will go for walks!!
