Good Morning Lovely Ladies and HELLO FEBRUARY
Yesterday was a work day for me, it was quiet and got a bit boring. I need to remember to take a magazine with me. DH wouldn't like me saying that. I know I could have cleaned/dusted or something but I have been through whole shop since I've been there and none of the others are helping keep it up. I refuse to be there just as a cleaner, he could hire one. It is supposed to be part of employees duties.
Today is a home day for me. Coffee 1st then DD16 and I will hit the walking trail, then home to FLY (the house needs it). I need to do WHB.
For February, I need to make a better effort with FLYing. I am doing the basic DAILY ROUTINES and the middles but I haven't been into the corners for some time. As I've lost my Zone Lists on the other forum (should have had a copy in my CJ) I will just follow FLYLady's Zones this month and then work out again what suits me better.
Judy, I love you DAILY ROUTINE you posted. I will try to incorporate something similiar, rather than trying to tackle 1 whole room in 1 day.
Wishing you all a Super Saturday and a Wonderful Weekend.

Good morning Shellie and everyone else to come, hope we slept well.
Not a regular on here lately, and not much time to go thru posts and 'play' around with this forum.
I'm off for the next 4 days YAY!! But have a lot to do to try to get some 'normality' back, my head is very tired with lots of different issues 'rushing' around in there lol.
DS21 has 'officially' moved back in, he's been bringing stuff back over the past couple of weeks and sleeping in DS17's old room which has a single bed and cupboards that still have some of DS17's stuff in there, so DS21's clothes have been in washing baskets or on the floor. The single bed has been dismantled to allow room for DS21's 'new' double bed which arrives today. The room needs a detailed vacuum but challenging to do with $#!t everywhere which has also spilt out into family room. DS17's room is the same!! Our garage is piling up with stuff to throw, sell, donate, keep....but not into seperate piles Trying to finalise DS17's entry to University mainly what he needs to bring to stay on campus, we take him there in 3 weeks.
I'm doing my best to try keep things on track - food/meals, washing, paid work, health appointments, paying bills, cleaning etc....I get soooo tired just thinking of everything that needs to be done. I want to run away!!!
BUT I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO OUR TRIP DOWN SOUTH IN 2 WEEKS!!!!! YAY!!!
Stick to your guns Shellie, at least everyone should share the cleaning at work, if it doesn't happen at home. WTG with diligently walking daily, doing great.
Ok that's it, I'm off now to assess and action. Have a great weekend everyone!

Good Morning Shellie and Sys It is hard when you are the only one doing the cleaning Shellie, I hope the other employees get their act together Sys, hope things get sorted out soon
DH has taken DD to the pool to give me a little bit of time to myself. DD starts preschool next week, we are mostly ready, just have to pack her bag tomorrow.
Did a deep clean a large part of the house on Thursday, so still more to do (always) but am feeling more up to date
Have a great weekend

Good Morning Shellie, System, Medusa & those to come,Shellie - good for you not taking on the role as cleaner at work, it is up to everyone to pitch in.Sys - ((hugs)) I feel your pain! I hope you get everything sorted out.Medusa - enjoy your time to yourself.Today we’ve been out to buy new joggers for DS for school & a new swiffer/mop thingy. The old joggers are already declutttered into the bin & the old mop is going to the dump probably tomorrow. DH wants to keep the old mop bucket (of course ). And to test the new mop out, I’ve done the kitchen and family room floors. I’ve washed and hung out 2 loads of washing & I want to read a good chunk of my book today, clear more of the paper inferno & get some ironing done. What’s for dinner? crumbed fish, chips & saladHave a great afternoon all

Hi Everyone Shellie- I am impressed with you setting down your boundaries. If you start doing all the cleaning you will end up always doing all the cleaning! It's such a pain losing all our lists. But even if you get the basic ones started it won't take long to tweak them. Good to see you again Sys - I reckon it's harder with DC who 'sorta' move out Our DS20s dog broke its leg and needed surgery so dog is living at DGFs and DS20 is living there parttime and here parttime. He will use all his bond money on the dog's op so won't be able to move out for a while. I don't mind as long as his dog doesn't live here and he keeps his room a bit tidier. It is difficult working and FLYing - you have to let your perfectionism go! Elast- you have done a lot today! You go Girl! You deserve to sit and read! Medusa- must be a very excited household with DD starting kindy Its a hot day here today and I've done very little. We still have our Workawayers here and I'm not sure when they are leaving. The next place they are moving onto hasn't replied to any of their emails. Ill have to tell them they can't stay here too much longer! I need my own space and the next couple are coming mid February. The house has been vacuumed and I will just give it a dust tonight. It's too hard to mop with 5 other people home all day. Next week I have to work 4 days and the weekend after I'm going away leaving Friday morning so I'm getting a bit frazzled knowing my WHB isn't going to be done 'properly' for a couple of weeks. Hope you are all enjoying your weekend! X x
