Hi Everyone Well last night I bottled the rest of that lot of tomatoes. Today I will see if there is more to pick I also vacuumed and mopped the house after work. DS dropped off a couple of loads of washing and I did one. Today I have DGD all day and i will do another load of DSs washing and hang them both out to dry. If I need to do a 3rd Ill chuck in some of my tea towels and dishcloths- its so hard to get a full load when living on your own- and ill do a load of my work clothes. No ironing to do at all Im hoping to get in some ZONE while DGD sleeps and I need to dust the house. Apart from that i have no real plans for today. We will probably go to a playground if the weather is good and I suppose in the evening I should settle in and watch a movie at home.
Have A Fantastic Friday, FLYers!! x x

Good Morning Judy and all the Lovely Ladies to come
You are one busy woman Judy, well done on getting those tomatoes done. Have a great day with DGD.
I had a relaxed day yesterday. DD20 and I hit Target and I found a black singlet style dress which is just what I was looking for. And we both got a pair of shoes. Quick grocery shop, picked up DD17 early (finished at 12.30 on sport day) and home for an even more relaxing afternoon. Even had a nana nap, which didn't really help. Sleep has been a bit elusive lately.
Today I need to go to the hardware for some steel wool and some mouse traps. DCat has been more relaxed the last few days, so I'm guessing there aren't any more, but lets plug up the hole behind the stove just in case.
Tonight we are going to a 60th BDay Party for a long time friend. They are from 'up the bay' where we lived for the 1st 12yrs of our marriage. It will be somewhat of a reunion of DH's old Touch Football team and a great opportunity to catch up with people we just don't see often enough. Makes me think I will plan a 50th for DH (in 18months) as it's a good reason for a get together. Slightly different crowd than would be at my 50th, some over lap of course, great bunch of people.
Anyway time to get my 'daily routines' started. I've had a rude awakening with next doors mower man, seriously, why is his house ALWAYS 1st on the list, they swap and change days of the week, but never ever the time of the day. He must sit there with his watch, 7.00AM on the dot, start that darn edger. And if it's not the mower man, it's their darn dogs barking at the break of dawn and at every walker that goes past. I'm a bit grumpy this morning, I...NEED....MORE....SLEEP.
Wishing you all a Fabulous Friday and a Wonderful Weekend to come xoxo

Good Morning Judy and Shellie
I went to bed by 9 last night, was so exhausted. DD has slept in for an extra 40 minutes this morning
Today I am helping DMum clean her house for an open house (her house is now officially on the market). I am alright with it, but it will be an end of an era when she moves, she has lived there for 33 years (longer than I have been alive)
Have a great day

Hi Judy, So busy - how do you bottle tomatoes? Enjoy DGD.
Hi Shellie, So pleased you had a relaxed day yesterday. Enjoy your party. Hi Medusa, Just wondering if you have a collection of photos of your Mum's house or if this would be a good time to collect some memories? My DMum and DDad still live in the same house since they were married and raised my brother and me. So pleased you had an early night and DD slept in - it can make all the difference!
Hi everyone,
Working from home today and nearly have a new job on the horizon (new project, same employer) so am trying to get everything in order for when it gets super busy sometime in the next week or so. The 'nearly' part is that they need to put me through an official application and interview process because I have been on contract almost as long as I can without them creating a position. I haven't asked yet, but am hoping this means that I might not even stay on contract - permanent part-time would be wonderful!
DMum is not well and went to hospital yesterday afternoon. I am hoping she gets some relief really soon. She has had more than 10days straight of stomach upsets so was admitted because she is anaemic I believe. I'm apprehensive about a diagnosis and worried it's more than a usual stomach virus. She's had antibiotics too, so it shouldn't be bacterial unless they haven't targeted the right bugs yet. Anyway, DDad said he would call after he sees her this morning.
After I get the boys to school, I will go to pilates as normal, but leave my phone on.
Wishing you all a great day!Google just told me it's the International Day of Happiness! May we find ours and pay it forward.
