Good Morning Lovely Ladies
I've been a little 'checked out' this week. Things have improved, had (yet another) D&M with the offending party and there has been a resolution. So moving on (until next time).
Today I am at home for the morning, so wanting to get the WHB 'done and dusted' before the weekend and do a load of towels before the predicted 'big wet' hits. It will be a busy weekend for DH at work (as long as it doesn't rain too much there, it's over the mountain and although only 40mins from here, they do get different weather as we are coastal) but he is planning to miss golf on Saturday Arvo so we are thinking we might go see a movie.
I am planning to get DD's to look around 'with fresh eyes' this arvo and see what else I can declutter. I think sometimes I get so use to how an area looks, I just don't see the clutter. I do know I have a stack of 6 recipe books on a coffee table that could make their way to the bookcase.
Anyway, time to get a wriggle on, trying to decide if I'll go for a walk before school, I am up early enough and I really should

Today is DD's easter hat parade, and she is taking cupcakes to celebrate her birthday (it is during the holidays) and then we have a speech assessment for DD in the afternoon

Hi Medusa, I chuckling that you're so organised with cupcakes on the last day. My DS's will have to wait for next term.  Hope you have a lovely day - I'm sure DD will love it.
Hi everyone, Heigh ho again once I get the kids to school. Hoping DH can leave work early so I can work later - he'll know by about lunchtime. Work is good. Home is not falling apart (yet?!). Tomorrow we're off to visit my in-laws for the Easter long weekend. Still need to sort minding for DDog - haven't heard back from DNeighbour yet. I have a job application to do - for the job I'm doing at the moment - but I'm telling myself that the universe is telling me I need to practise these skills and try not to get too worked up about it.

Enjoy the easter hat parade & good luck for DD's assessment.Elizabeth enjoy your easter holiday.Yesterday  This week was a complete disaster & so I've got a grocery delivery today. Mentally 'checking out' sounds like a fantastic idea right now. (thanks Shellie, that's the exact wording I was looking for!)I'm going to make a giant coffee to have while I drive the kids to their schools, then home to regroup & make a list. I think I'll need to have a look at the month ahead because we've got visitors staying with us for most of April & I've been ignoring that fact.  Hope to BBL with a plan & some progress.
