Just found this in my inbox this morning (because I didn't collect my e-mail yesterday evening) - Flylady is using May for a re-do of the 31 Babysteps, for anyone who feels they need a fresh start. Yup, that would be good. Anyway, I don't know how much of it I'll get done but I'm going to give it a shot - who else wants in?

And various sinks are now clean! (The kitchen sink is a cheap plastic one that just doesn't look particularly good even when it's clean, so I went all out and cleaned the sinks in the main bathroom, downstairs toilet, and children's room - the latter two in particular make a big difference!)
Counting today as Day 2 since I got the Day 1 email yesterday, but it doesn't make a difference to me - I don't wear shoes in the house anyway and I always do get washed and dressed and brush my hair first thing when I wake up, so that one I've already got nailed.

Yay! Company! Sorry - thought I'd posted on Sun to say hi but for some reason it didn't come through. Anyway, I forgot to post last night, but Day 3 is just doing the same things over again so I wiped over the downstairs sinks. (And got dressed, but I do that every day anyway. Day 4 is same again plus putting it on a Post-it, but I don't have any Post-its and don't want to put one on my bathroom mirror anyway, so I'll write it on my blog. Well done Elasti-Girl - so far so good!

Yay! You sound like you're doing brilliantly and I'm happy for you. Sorry for flaking on you. I've had an incredibly stressful week or so for other reasons, and it simply wasn't possible to keep up with the Babysteps on top of everything else. I did get as far as Day 9 last Saturday, but then it fell apart. I'm ready to have another crack at it now, but didn't want to just jump in where I should be after missing so many days, so I restarted at Day 10 yesterday. Two minutes on the stairs, two on the dining room table, five in the children's room, fifteen on my desk (spent it writing up an article so I could throw the journal away).
