Good Morning Lovely Ladies
I have a busy day ahead of me, it's my WHB day and I also need to do a little groceries. It's DH BDay today and he has requested Meatloaf for dinner (which of course I have NONE of the ingredients, lol).
We went to see The Avengers yesterday which was good and did manage to buy him a jacket and a jumper for his birthday. He just doesn't have the same shopping gene as I do, I could have found 3 complete outfits for myself for the price of his 2 things, he has more of a 'need' mentality rather than 'keeping up with fashion'. At one point I had to ask how old he thought he'd be turning today, tried to have a Grandpa moment with some of his choices, but I set him straight haha
Ok time to get a wriggle on. 2nd load is almost done so there's time to hang both loads and do the weekly PUPA before start dusting and vaccing.
Wishing you all a Terrific Tuesday xoxo

Hi Shellie, Read yesterday's post and agree with you. A bit similar here - DH is generally very supportive, but not at all intuitive - so I, too, am trying to get better at asking for what I feel is important. Good luck and let me know any tips you have. Also, is Avengers very 'adult' or more the usual action flick?
Hi Medusa, Yayyyy - massage time!!! Enjoy and may you find bliss!
Hi everyone,
Working from home today and so looking forward to it. Things are really busy, but the juggling balls are still airborn. Dinner is on (one reason I love working from home) and I almost have a plan.
Quick home jobs for work "breaks":
- Wrap DSiL's birthday present - DONE
- Fold and put away my clothes
- Move give away toys neatly to 'spare room', but make a plan to deal with them (I just don't need them in my bedroom for the next weeks until I deal with them)
- RR main bedroom - 10 min timer - remove rubbish, PUPA, lay out other 'jobs' or 'small projects' and make a plan to deal with them later
- Water pot plants on deck and water pot plant at downstairs entrance - DONE
- Quick music practice - 10 min timer
I'm thinking 45 mins work, 10 mins home job, 5 mins water/ stretch/ self-care
DD is catching a bus to our closest shopping mall and we're meeting at Shingle Inn for afternoon tea - feels very special. Will do errands there, but need to be home by 5 because she's going out with her cousin to see a technology festival here. Really sweet that he's invited her. Errands this afternoon after school pick up: * Return portable bluetooth keyboard to JB Hi-Fi - doesn't work * New phone screen cover for DD's phone * Gift for DMum - belated Mother's Day (she has been away on a trip) * Gift for DSiL to add to her birthday * New printer cartridge * Quick shop for dinner (or send list to DH and see if he has time to do it)
What's for dinner? Roast lamb ( in the slow cooker) and something??? (rice and veg maybe???)
Wishing you all a terrific day!

Hi all Hope you all get done what you need to today. It's a work day for me and we are going to DFs for dinner. The only FLYing I'll do is emptying all the rubbish bins and putting the bins to curb. I even forgot to take the stuff I needed to drop off at DD30s Have a Great Day!! X x
