Good Morning Lovely Ladies
Today I am planning on going 'rogue' in my ensuite. Giving it the full treatment, starting with mopping the ceiling and walls. I bought a bottle of 'Oil of Cloves' which is supposed to be a mould destroyer so giving that a go. Just 10 drops into 1liter of water is supposed to get the job done.
Plan of Attack
Mop Ceiling and Walls (there is a little mould in ensuite, hoping it works as the kids bathroom is much much worse)
Clean Window
Declutter Shaving Cabinet (I am NEVER going to use all those lotions and potions, despite my good intentions not to be wasteful for 5 yrs)
Declutter 2 x Drawers, vacc out and clean (disinfect)
Declutter Under Sink Cupboard, vac out and clean (disinfect)
Clean Shower Screen (while showering) , [Tiles tomorrow while showering, can't waste the hot water we actually have]
Vac and Mop Floor (might happen tomorrow during Friday FLYaround)
I need to get into each and every room. I guess it's Zone Cleaning (but on steroids, as I don't want to wait 'months' to get into each one). Most of the house is PUPA'd and the middles are done, but there are a few skirting boards and cornices that haven't seen a duster in way too long. Hoping if I schedule a room every 2nd or 3rd day it will get them all done in just a few weeks. I am just so sick of looking in each room and thinking 'not good enough'. Anyway I know it's about progression and not perfection, but I just don't have the Zone thing scheduled in as it all seems too much. If I can get everything to a level I'm happy with, then maybe I will find it easier (less overwhelming) to keep it going. It's worth a try....right?
Ok, I am hoping that my bucket of boiling water and the steam are 'loosening' the mould spores before I start mopping. Wishing you all a Terrific Thursday xoxo
