 Good Morning Everyone,
Today I need to go to the shops - fill up the car, chemist, ATM, check the mail & post a card.
After that I'm planning to sort some files & hopefully do a bunch of paper shredding.

Good Morning Lovely Ladies
Sounds like a busy 'out and about' morning Elasti, I hope you find a few nice people to chat with while your out.
Yesterday was DMum day. Got lots done and bought a overflowing basket of washing home (2 blankets, woolrest, kylie sheet and sheets) so I am guessing that plus my new mattress protector will keep the washing machine cranking away all day. Thankfully the sun is shining and the sky looks blue in all directions so I should get most dry today (woolrest might need 2 days).
Rest of the day will be general PUPAing, ironing and dinner prep/clean up. Not such a shiny sink last night. Although I did have everything spic and span after dinner, DD21 and TNB made Caramel Slice after that, they 'tried' to clean up (over stack the dishwasher) but then all our dessert/supper cuppa dishes got left on the sink. So dishwasher will be cranking also.
Ok, it's almost time to get DD17 up and at it, so I might get myself dressed for the day.

Thanks for your support and encouragement yesterday - it helps!
Today I am working from home until a meeting this afternoon at 3pm. Not sure about parking or whether I will catch a bus in. It's very busy with a couple of deadlines today.
Dinner is lamb stew and toast - comfort food! If I have time, I will make an apple crumble.
Lots of home jobs too, which I will try to do in between work-work.

Today Im having a Mental Health day. Everything just seemed to fall in a heap yesterday and Im feeling overwhelmed so I ‘chucked a sickie’.
Its just a lot of little things that in themselves are nothing but put together was too much for me.
I had DGD yesterday as an extra. That was fine but nothing was brought for DGD to have a nap-her huge penguin and she sleeps in a sleeping bag. Nana to entertain her so the parent has her in bed early and DGD has a good sleep next day for parent? DS21 is sick and has a couple of days off work. He came here yesterday for a nice long soak in a bath- no bath at his place. AAAnd he dropped off all his washing. Im happy to do his washing if he brings it every week but 4 loads at once is a bit much when its difficult to get dry. Of course i had my own washing as well. Id mopped the floors and his washing had so much dirt and dried mud the floor and bench all needed another wash  Anyway the last load is on and Ive actually put 1.5 loads on the line this morning (couldn’t have done that if I went to work at 7.15) The fact the dog pooped in the laundry overnight was just another inconvenience. I also offered to make 2 cakes for a fund raising dinner on Saturday night but DH also wants me to put in a full day at the rental property. He won’t be there as he has to work. Tomorrow I have to visit my DM as she’s been back for 6 days already and was away for 10. Sunday we have DFs coming for dinner and I dont want this place looking like a tip. DH went away for weekend last weekend. There is still motorbike (clean) gear draped over chairs and on bench in laundry. There is a big tub of cooking utensils and plates, bowls etc that he says he needs to go thru in the middle of our dining area and he hasn’t put away all his clothes. GRR so today I’m making the cakes and hoping they will be all right if I freeze them and then ice on Saturday as well as all that folding and the ironing I haven’t done for 2 weeks -that is my fault, I know

THURSDAY

up and dressed, bed made, load washing on, washing hung outside, dw drawer emptied, coffee and posting on forum so feeling much better already
To Do
Clean up dog poo in laundry`sigh`, brush teeth, straighten hair
Get out carrot cake recipe (I’m making 2 of the same cakes-too bad!) and check what ingredients I need, Go to shops
feed chooks and collect eggs, get mail and deal with.
Make cakes and while cakes are cooking do folding and ironing!!!
Prepare tonights dinner
Go to rental place and meet DH there at 3.30pm, work out what Ill do on Saturday and then help out for a couple of hours
Cook dinner, dishes, feed DDog, Shine sink
Whats for Dinner? fish, beans and broccoli
