Good Morning Medusa and all the Lovely Ladies to come
You do sound like you have a busy day ahead Medusa, I hope you find a little time for yourself also xo
It has been very quiet here on our little forum of late. Everyone having busy lives.
Today is my Friday FLYaround before the weekend. Been up early to take DS22 and GF to the train for their weekend away (at least someone around here is doing something exciting). They are going to see "Les Mis" while in Sydney, lucky ducks.
DD17 has another exam today (HSC Trials). She had 2 yesterday and I think 1 each day next week also. She seems to be 'handling' the pressure. I am hoping it gives her a little 'wake up call' to get more focused for the final push to end of year and actual HSC.
DH is ok, for anyone who missed it he had an incident of Wednesday night, actually passed out twice. The 2nd time I caught him, which was no easy feat. I think it was a combo of severe back pain, a little too much drinking while watching State of Origin and getting up too quick from a deep sleep. But he is fine now, feeling a little repentant and realizing he just can't 'knock 'em back' like he did when he was 20kgs heavier. We are never to old to learn something. He had a Chiro apptmt yesterday and his back felt a little better when he got home and a little better again this morning. If he could only not injure it again, it should recover. Passing out and laying on the Bathroom floor for 20mins recovering didn't help it AT ALL!!!!
DD21 has only 3 more weeks of Uni Placement. She has been at a semi-rural hospital and LOVED IT!!!! I really hope she gets a job after graduation, I think she will really thrive being a Dietitian, she just loves it.
Well that's everything caught up in our lives. On with the day.
Wishing you all a Fabulous Friday and a Wonderful Weekend ahead xoxo

Hi Everyone You do have a busy day Medusa. Is the wedding tomorrow your DBs? Shellie- I hope DH is really Ok. You must have been quite worried with him passing out!! I love 'Les Mis’ Next week we are going to see The Lion King- Christmas gift from DD30 and DSiL for looking after DGD every Friday - because its such a hardship for us So is DD17 doing Year 11 with a Year 12 subject or doing Year 12? Elasti- hope all is Ok and that Elizabeth is loving her holiday! Today DGD and I visited my DGF who was also looking after her DGD. We then all went to the library for Storytime -my DGD is jointing in so much more! And then we went to a cafe that my DFs DD and DSiL run. It was fun. Now Im trying to get DGD to sleep DH has today off and is of course working at the rental property where we will both be working all weekend Im truly over it!!! But next weekend the tenants will be moving in so whatever is not done will not be done (by me anyway!) Today Ive stripped and remade my bed, washed and dried/ing the bedding. Ive vacuumed the living areas and am now ready to fall in a heap. ( It seems all is quiet in DGDs room) I will of course organize and make dinner but any mention over the last weeks of ironing has only been that and not any actually done. Maybe if I set up the ironing board in the study….some might get done at some stage?
Hope you all Have a Good Day!! x x
