Good Morning Lovely Ladies
Happy Hump Day.
Yesterday was a busy but good day. DD16 started new dance school last night. She is still going to old one for half her classes and the new one for the Performance Troupe. I need to get a better 'Tuesday Plan' for future weeks. There is a %pm drop off, 7pm pick up then dropping dance fried home, so we didn't get back home until 7.45pm. Need to make this a serve yourself slow cooker night.
Today I am hoping to get a long walk in after school drop off. Towels and sheets washed. Quick shop to big shopping center to buy 18th Bday Pres - think I'll get a silver Jewelery Box. And also achieve my Daily Routines.
On my diet, I have now lost 3.4 KILOS. It has slowed down some, but I am very happy with this result so far.
Ok time to call DMum, then take DD16 to school. Wishing you all a Wonderful Wednesday xoxo

Morning Shellie Today DD has 2 hours at preschool, I will be doing some gardening work at church, I am picking up a different friends laundry and doing that, DD wants to make a cake & it will be 35 degrees. So a busy day
I am still feeling quite unwell with the sinus infection, Dr gave me antibiotics, have been using a saline rinse many times a day and will hopefully get rid of this soon
Have a great day

Hi Shellie, Love the serve yourself slow cooker idea. We have a couple of days like that and if dinner isn't prepared, it doesn't work. For a while, the kids knew it as "microwave Thursday"!
Hi Medusa, Another busy one for you. Completely non-medical here, but I find Claratyne, non-drowsy anti-histamine and helps my sinus headaches. That and a nasal spray. Most nasal sprays should only be used for about 3 days, or there is a rebound effect where the sinuses gunk up more. Rhinocort is a long-term one that helps dry it up. Might be worth asking a pharmacist about. Saline, of course, can be used lots and is a very natural approach. Really feeling for you. The jobs are hard enough without feeling yuck. (((Hugs)))
Hi everyone,
Better today than I thought. DS3 came in and woke me about 3.30am because he was cold. DD11 came in about 4am because she has a very sore back and it was too uncomfortable to sleep, so I gave her panadol and tucked her in with an audio book playing quietly. But then DS3 had spread out in my bed so I lay on the couch for a bit, but didn't really sleep either. Tonight we're off to a concert and although I'm excited - it should be a great show - I'm soooo exhausted!
Today is mostly blessings and hoping to make headway on a little paid work.
I picked up DD's new bed and DDad is coming over soon to help me build it.
Hoping to get a nap this afternoon, but not relying on it because it will depend what DS3 decides to do.
Wishing you all a good Hump Day.

Hi Everyone Shellie- Yay! on the weight loss! Sometimes we have to trick our body by doing something a little different?! Medusa- hope you are feeling better as you sound like you have a busy day helping others! Elizabeth- hope you are able to get a nap this afternoon! Hi Amanda- good to see you back! What sort of job are you after? Yesterday i went to work and last night went to a Thermomix cooking class with a DF. Glad I went as I learnt a few new things. After paying sooo much for an appliance i want to use it!! Today I have DGD1 who just started walking over the weekend and is now a walker- no crawling at all anymore. Isn’t it just amazing! I had a morning tea at work for a colleague who is getting married.
VENT Im a little annoyed as I was told ( I rang work at 9.30 ) to come in for at 11am. BUT they didn’t wait until 11am even tho they knew I was coming in then. It was all over by the time I got there. Obviously it was more important to have it to suit the doctor operating today. He often operates until 12ish so he didn’t have to hurry off for consulting or operating elsewhere. BUT i work with this girl in the same room. WE are colleagues not him. Also i had a baby that i was trying to keep awake/amused/pack a bag for etc that they knew I was taking as well. Anyway things are quiet at work again and there is no surgery until Tuesday, so they asked me to have tomorrow off. GLADY! Vent over
Today I have stripped and remade our bed, washed the sheets and hung them out.Been out and went to the local shops, Ive made a salad for dinner, but not much else. We had a couple come over for a coffee. DH has been working outside and made tonights dinner DS27 and his DW are coming over for dinner. She has a lot of allergies so we are having Bolonaise sauce in golden nugget pumpkins. The pumpkins have been hollowed out and then we will roast them with the sauce in them. Ive also got a salad and we’ll have pineapple/lime sorbet for dessert I also have started Mt Foldmore. It looks worst than it is as Ive a lot of towels- will be giving some to the local animal shelter and to DS20 for his dog too
Hope you all Have a Great Evening and I’m looking forward to spending more time here in the next 2 days!! x x
