Hi Guys
Im struggling a bit at the moment. Trying to lose a kilo or more that has been a bit persistent over the last couple of months. I’ve also had an attack of the muchies over the last month and remembered I’d done a lot better when I planned my meals and snacks and recorded them. Ive been flying by the seat of my pants and I’m sure if i wrote everything down Id eaten lately, Id be very embarrassed. Also with Christmas coming up I need to plan my ‘fast days’ and special occasion dinners and lunches.
MONDAY- Portioned controlled sensible day
B-coffee
L-salmon & sweet potato patty, small homemade vegetable soup
S-yogurt & berries, apple
D- chicken risotto
S-small handful of nuts, 1 wine
TUESDAY- fast day
B- coffee
L-baby spinach, mushrooms, tomato, fried egg
S- yogurt, apple
D- fish, green beans, broccoli 1 mouthful of salted caramel tart one of the girls made
WEDNESDAY-non fast day
B- coffee
L-salad wrap, boiled egg
D- BBQ at DS29s birthday celebration, wine included!! and a piece of chocolate cake with kitkats and malteasers
THURSDAY- fast day
B-coffee
L-soup, boiled egg, yogurt
S-fruit
D- meatloaf, Veggies- may have licked icing from the knife while icing biscuits with DGD BUT i didn’t eat any biscuits-except for 2 tiny teddies![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)
Ive done really well up to here so hopefully i can keep it up. Ive now been invited to a dinner on Saturday night with quite a few friends. hmm just have to try not to drink too much and stay away from nibbles!
FRIDAY- non fast day

L- out with a DGF (something sensible!!) warm lamb salad
D-home made pizzas
S-no snacks Judy you went out for lunch!! oops a couple of biscuits DGD and I iced last night
SATURDAY
B-coffee
L-soup, eggs
D-out to a DFs house with 4 other couples (2 wines- no nibbles- a little dessert!)
S-No! see above!
SUNDAY-nonfast day
B- coffee
L- supplied at an AGM for committee DH is on
D-
