Yesterday I had a cyst removed from my finger at my work. It all went well although Im starting to question the timing. I can’t do a lot one handed- at least i dont have a lot of presents left to wrap
but the cyst had grown in the 3 weeks since I’d seen the doctor and was already on the bone so I really couldn’t wait til after Christmas break anyway. I wasn’t expecting that it would be wrapped and in a splint for at least a week. The sling is just for a day or so.On another note we got a new mattress - no more water bed after 25 years (and 2 bladders) We will have to see how we go but we have slept on a lot on normal mattresses on our travels of course.
We have no power today so theres not much i can do for entertainment at home today. Im not allowed to drive for 24hours after my anaesthetic. DH is home on a Carers day so we’ll see what his plans are.
