Good Morning Lovely Ladies
Yesterday was a good exercise and diet day. An ok FLYing day. Had a good restful day but I am up late waiting for a call to pick DD19 and her BF up from a wedding. Not too far to go and get them, just no point sleeping 1st.
Today DH will be home about lunchtime. I'm not sure how my walk will go this morning around the lake, there is an event on called "Loop the Lake", it's a bike riding event for charity, and I'm not too keen to play dodge with the bikes on the walking track. It's bad enough on a regular morning with the half a dozen who whiz past as it is. I'll walk down there to check it out and if it's busy I'll come back to the treadmill. Not sure what the rest of the day will bring.
Wishing you all a Super Sunday. I hope your all enjoying your weekend xoxo

Good morning Shellie and everyone else to come, hope we slept well.
Yesterday not much flying done, did bring washing up to date and now waiting to be folded, ironed and away. Reserved delivery day/time for groceries, shined sink from night before and prepared for work - arvo shift. DH & I discussed some 'home' issues for a few hours then it was time to leave for work. DH cooked dinner - chicken schnitzel.
Today I have arvo shift again and my plan is to finish grocery order, fold/iron/away, top up shop, prep for work, clean oven (bonus). Not sure what dinner is, probably l/overs but I'll be at work so I don't really care lol.
DS17 is planning to come home on Friday for the weekend + Mon 17th as it's his 18th on the 17th and he doesn't want to spend it away from his friends, DH has offered to pick him up AND drop him back.....what a great dad!! So I'll really need to get my act together to organise some sort of 'party' for the Sunday evening where they'll 'wait' until midnight then head off for his first legal drink! (nothing planned as I thought he'd be away at Uni) - need to buy cake, gift, food etc around my working days also DH + I have an engagement party to go to on the Saturday night. Busy weekend coming up.
Ok off now, 2nd coffee, dress to shoes and make a move. Have a great Sunday
PS. Judy, NO long weekend here (QLD) that I'm aware of.

Good Morning Shellie, Sys & those to come later,Shellie well done with sticking to your walking! I wouldn't be too keen to share the pathway with a bunch of enthusiastic cyclists either. ???Good luck & be careful.Sys it's nice that DS17 wants to come home for a party for his 18th! At least you'll know where he is (until they go on a midnight pub crawl that is!) enjoy your day today. Thank you to all for the kind thoughts, it really means a lot to me. I tend to stay away when I feel bad about myself, I don't want to come in here & bring everybody down with my blahs.
Today DH is at work & I need to do a bunch of small things. I want to wash the sheets, get myself & the kids organised for the week ahead & I need to pack for DD's school camp for 5 days. I'm going to focus on those first, that'll be a good start. Anything after that will be GRAVY.
Hope to be back with some Ta Das.
wishing you all a great day

TA DAs!!!
washed & dried our sheets, washed DS' sheets, washed a load of clothes, remade beds, emptied dishwasher from last night, restacked & run dishwasher again, S&S ensuite, cooked, pureed & put into freezer chicken, pumpkin, zucchini & gravy for DS' lunches, breakfast & meds, refilled pill box, hung out DS' sheets & load of clothes,
I'll add on as I go...
fed DS, washed up pump equipment - (can't wait to change over to the hanging packs) , brought washing in, labelled EVERYTHING of DD's for camp, my DBrother came to give us some computer help for DD, so I made him some tea & baked some chocolate muffins, changed DS' mik-key button water, watched & then deleted the last episode of Hostages on Tbox (no cluttering up the Tbox memory space ), fed DS & washed up pump equipment again,

Hi Shellie, Hope you dodge those bikes.
Hi Sys, How exciting - DS's 18th! What a busy weekend.
Hi Elasti, WTG on the TaDa's. Feel free to share your blahs… I do!
Hi Medusa, Wishing you a restful Sunday and may DD come to love preschool. It's so exciting when they do - like day long play dates! (((Hugs))) to a loving Mum, too - sometimes these separation things can be harder on the Mum than the kid. Does she settle once she's there? Can you phone to check that she's calmed down so you're not worrying all day? Just some thoughts...
Hi everyone,
Today is mostly about getting ready for the week. You know, that day of rest… the rest of all those to do lists! lol Love Elasti's prioritising - do the main things and the rest is gravy.
Today my main things are DS8's homework, menu plan, clear my spaces so I can focus on work, gardening, check kids' shoes (hoping DS can get DD's soccer boots and save $, but DD11 and DS8 both need new sneakers as well, although DD likes her ones with holes in!?!)
Wishing you a wonderful day.

Thanks Elizabeth, DD does settle after 20 mins at the most (on her worst day) but if she is upset I feel drained for the rest of the day. Since starting the reward chart things look like they are improving, just waiting to see how tomorrow morning goes

Hi Medusa,
Good news that the rewards are working. Sometimes it's just habit, I think - they're apprehensive the first few times, then the stress and carrying on becomes routine. Hopefully tomorrow will go smoothly and you get a good day as well. Sounds like your DD is having a good day once that settling period is done.
