Hi Everyone Welcome back Shellie! Im sorry i haven’t posted, either, for a couple of days. Ive been quite busy too. Yesterday I went to the Hand Therapist again for my finger. She thinks it will take weekly visits for months to fix. Meanwhile we’ve discovered another, unrelated, hand problem that is hereditary and my DM and DU both have it but I can’t help think its come about now because of the other hand trauma. Im getting old!! I also went shopping to get a gift for an ex-collegues new baby and dropped in to see DD31. Its school holidays here already and most of her DFs are teachers or married to teachers so no play dates for her and the girls. Then I did my WHB and continued with cooking produce from our garden ~sigh. I made more tomato paste but haven’t as yet sterilized the jars so thats a job to do tonight. I also made Japanese pancakes with wombok cabbage. I thought we could freeze some for lunches and didn’t expect DH to eat 4 (!) for dinner last night. At least I know he liked them lol. I did some more ironing but still haven’t caught up Today is another work day for me and I had to leave at 7.15 for an 8am start. After work I also want to pay a couple of bills and do my paper filing. Im hoping DH has planted some annuals in my window box but if not I will do that too. DH is cooking dinner in the slow cooker. His DB had a couple of cows killed and he didn’t want the tails or cheeks so DH took them to slow cook. We will get more beef after its hung and cut up or minced in a week or two
I hope you all Have a Great Day!! x x

Hi Judy and all the Lovely Ladies
Oh dear Judy, that fingers still not right, they do say rehab is much longer for the not as young . Sorry to hear that. I think it can happen when you favour on hand (side), then weaknesses in the other side will show. (Happened to me Tennis Elbow in one arm, rested it and it developed in the other )
Busy day here too. I have a (made at the last minute) hair appointment at 11am, then DD21's graduation at 5.30. Then a gathering after. Depending on when that ends we may go out for dinner (or grab some KFC on the way home)
Funny add on to the Telstra story, phone working for out going calls, internet working. Then this morning Hubby tried to call me, incoming calls still not work and no call forward diversion on (like requested). Anyway yet another call to Telstra and finally it's sorted.
Ok, wishing you all a Terrific Thursday xoxo

Good Morning Lovely Ladies, we have had family over from the ACT for 3 weeks and it has been so delightful to share time with them, however it has also been busy, busy, busy! First my Niece and her family came and then a week later my Sister and her Hubby and DSon, my Niece and her family have gone home which is so sad it has been wonderful meeting Natasha for the first time she is now 3 months old and so precious and Tommy is 3 years old and so delightful. I am looking forward to seeing them again when we go over for Bathurst and then a holiday time in the ACT. We have my Sister here for another 10 days so that is so good. I am hoping to get my Lounge-room curtains started today as well as clean and tidy the kitchen so we will see how I go.
Judy, I so hope and pray your hand gets better that must be so hard to deal with. You sound like you have a busy day ahead of you I hope all goes well.
Shellie, I am so pleased for you that all is sorted with Telstra. All the best with your hairdressing appointment!!
Well I am off to sleep, I wish everyone a wonderful Thursday! Love and hugs to all. oxoxoxo

Hi again, all! Judy - sorry to hear about the finger and hope it doesn't take too long to improve. Shellie - congratulations on your son's graduation! Is that his university graduation? What was he studying? I wish him a satisfying and interesting employment! Jilly - your family visits sound like great fun. Medusahair - ouch! Hope your DH and DD feel better soon. So.... it's the last day of March, which puts us almost a quarter of the way into this year, and I have plenty to do this fine and sunny day. Let me see now: - Get my stuff off the old appraisal site before it gets closed down for good
- Finish the final draft of the appeal about my son's secondary school and e-mail it to DH for any comments he wants to make
- Go through my appointment list for tomorrow
- Do an educational credit
- Catch up on some work stuff - hopefully not too much, as I had things down to a dull roar by close of play yesterday, but you never know and there is at least one potentially complicated thing still on the list there.
- Exercise (done 15 mins on bike already, but need to do jumps and weight-training still)
- Get towels into/through dryer (they're currently washing)
- Lunch for children & me - nothing fancy so shouldn't take longer than a few minutes
- Get children out for some kind of walk
- Packed lunch for me for tomorrow, and possibly also children if they want (DS is likely to want the hot lunch at daycare, but DD will probably opt for packed lunch)
- Sort out any incoming post. (Oh, wait - just checked and both of the letters are for DH. Put them in his study and that's that job done.)
- Do as much work on desk stuff as I have time for with all of the rest to do.
Phew! I think that's it, but maybe I'll think of yet another thing. Plenty to be getting on with, anyway. I'll start with the stuff on the appraisal site, since today is the last day it's available - yes, I know I should have done it long ago. Catch you ladies later, although I suppose you're in bed by now!

OK, got this much done: Get my stuff off the old appraisal site before it gets closed down for good Finish the final draft of the appeal about my son's secondary school and e-mail it to DH for any comments he wants to make Go through my appointment list for tomorrow Do an educational credit Catch up on some work stuff - hopefully not too much, as I had things down to a dull roar by close of play yesterday, but you never know and there is at least one potentially complicated thing still on the list there. Exercise (done 15 mins on bike already, but need to do jumps and weight-training still) Get towels into/through dryer (they're currently washing) (This one is half done - got one load still going through, one load waiting.) Lunch for children & me - nothing fancy so shouldn't take longer than a few minutes Get children out for some kind of walk Packed lunch for me for tomorrow Children both opted for hot dinner. One job less. Sort out any incoming post. (Oh, wait - just checked and both of the letters are for DH. Put them in his study and that's that job done.) Do as much work on desk stuff as I have time for with all of the rest to do. OK... not bad. I need to go start dinner in a few minutes (there you go - told you I'd think of something else that should be on the list) so I'll aim to do desk stuff with the rest of the time available before dinner so that at least I make a start on that. Not great to slip further behind with the educational credits, but I do have time to catch up on those so that's less urgent to get done. (Bizarrely, DD - who has no idea that what I'm currently doing is going through this to-do list - is patting me and saying 'Good job!' She does random stuff like that, but it's peculiarly apposite at the moment. I think I shall take it as a message from the universe. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) ) Hope all you lot had good and productive days and are about to wake up to lovely satisfying Fridays, since you're twelve hours ahead! Catch you later.
