Hi Everyone Medusa, enjoy the theatre tonight!! I had a lovely night out last night with women from my church. Today I’ve had a lazy sleep in and tonight I’m going out to dinner with the other “lonely widows” . We will first meet up for drinks at someones house and I will leave earlier and spend an hour or 2 at my DD31 who will be a little lonely- she’s home with only her baby most of the weekend. Tomorrow is my DBiLs birthday celebration. My Dsis is making lasagnas but as I have a gluten free DD26 and a gluten/dairy free DDiL I will make an appropriate lasagna for them to enjoy (DDiL better show up!!) I will make the sauce today and do my ironing , folding and a couple of other things that may or may not have been on previous to do lists and not actually done But Im keeping it easy today
Have a Great Day!! x x

Good Morning Judy and all the Lovely Ladies to come
Having a pretty relaxed morning here today. I have 3 home (it's like the old days, replace DS wtih TNB) but I think they all have plans soon, so I'm resting up now so I can hit these horrendous floors when they are out. Weather is iffy today, I have a load ready to hand but don't like the look of the clouds, just noticed wind has picked up, so I might risk it, the clothes are wet already, what's a 2nd rinse between friends.
Judy, I wish our 'Golfing widows' did what you 'Biking widows' do, I'm sure we all sit home while there gone a little jealous of their dinners out (not the golf). Non of us know each other, mostly because the come from all over to be part of the Golf Tour. Oh well. Have a great day
Yesterday I went to the hospital, anxiety was a MAX POWER for fear of Dad's wife or her daughter turning up while I was there. I just don't want to run into them. We have not had an interaction in 34yrs and I have never met the the daughter, I am just not interested and I don't think that situation would help Dad. I rang this morning and he had a reasonable night, no new medical complications so that's good and had eaten some breakfast and was sitting up. He seems to have some confusion and delusions at times which may be for a couple of reasons, early Dementia, head injury, disorientation from unfamiliar surroundings and being in a room without windows for 3 days and possibly from a bad reaction to antibiotics (it happens 6mths ago when he had pneumonia), Brother was told on day 1 he was being given antibiotics to hep prevent contracting pneumonia, so I hope that has most to do with it.
Ok, I'm going to risk the washing
Wishing you all a Super Saturday and a Wonderful Weekend
