Good Morning Still going through withdrawals, didn't make it to the gym yesterday, will try again today..... Have physio straight after school drop off Then DD's OT in the afternoon (Judy, I forgot to agree, that yes, we are at the OT a lot. It is actually two OTs, one who works on cognitive methods and the other works on sensory issues. Thank goodness for the NDIS that we can fund these therapies) Have a great day

Hi Everyone Hope its going well reducing your meds, Medusa, I assume under Dr’s. guidance?! Glad the costs for OT are being funded! Ive had a busy couple of days. Yesterday I went to my Women’s Group and mowed our back lawn in the afternoon. We went to our local Pizza Restaurant with DBiL as one of the owners need police/solicitor advise. They gave us a bottle of wine-nice! Today I went to Mainly Music and held DGD5months, then DD32 went to the shops. Ive had lunch and need to get stuck into my WHB as we have a DF and her DD16 over for dinner tonight. the DGDs are also coming over as DD31 and her DH have their 4 weekly couples night (which I always seem to forget and is the only Wednesday night we ever make plans! ) All I’ve done is put on the washing, empty the dw, make my bed and I filled the sink while heating soup for lunch!- at least DH has made a lasagna for dinner!!
To Do
empty vac bin, vacuum, mop and dust the house, fill woodbox, hang washing, wash dishes, have shower, wash and dry hair, fold yesterdays folding, feed chooks collect eggs, scoop poop, take chook food out of car boot- put in bin in shed Dinner, dishes, feed DDogs, shine sink, lunch for work tomorrow
Have a Great Day!! x x

Hi Judy, yes the going off anti depressants is under drs supervision, but the medication I am on has horrendous withdrawals which you can't really get out of. There are things you can do to help ease them, but you just have to get through them.........
