TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS = 16Kgs
I have set a June goal to lose 5Kgs. It's a push as I lost 4.4kgs in May and only 3.6kgs in April, but I'm hoping with some more consistent exercise I can do this.

I am ready for another month. I achieved my June Goal of losing 5kgs. Feeling good and motivated to keep going.

I haven't been quite so committed to either diet or exercise since DD16 old got sick. She is recovering now, but the pantry full of sugary and salty snacks to tempt her appetite have been hard for me to resist. Especially the open packets that she wasn't interested in finishing off. Things were definitely easier in a 'clean food' environment. Anyway I've had my little lapse. I gained a little, and then lost that gain. So I've just 'spun my wheels for 3 weeks'. But back to it now. And DD16 has improved so much. I guess I will just put July down as a learning month. I ate many many things I should not have eaten. Picking and snacking on things that just didn't tempt DD16's appetite, but did tempt mine. I really need a 'clean food' environment to succeed. Which is a worry as the world is NOT a 'clean food' environment, so much more work to be done on will power. Anyway my I think my regular exercise saved me from it becoming something truly hard to come back from. Roll on August. Thanks again for the support xoxo
