Oh Elasti- Im with you in this!! I put on 3 kilos - no excuse really. I started eating bad foods and just couldn’t stop. Our DBPs cooked and baked. They made a huge Tiramasu that lasted 3 nights! as well as pasta dishes and pizza! Anyway lets just get on with starting again - no use berating ourselves I did a 500 cal day yesterday and today Im going to DD30s for dinner. So although I can’t control what Im having for dinner (although if there is desert I WILL decline it!!) I will have good food at home
Breakfast- fruit and veggie smoothie Lunch- scrambled eggs with smoked salmon - i had them with raw baby spinach and avocado, cooked tomato and mushrooms and a smoked chicken drumstick ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) Afternoon snack- veggie soup

I am on the verge of just taking a week off. Having a Salad and Fruit week or something. Maybe Cereal for Breakfast or Toast, Salad and Fruit for lunch and good old Meat and 3 Veg for dinner. See what happens. I am starting to wonder if that was DH secret to success, every few months he'd have a long weekend away, eat whatever and come back and lose weight the next week. Maybe I need to shake it up, shock my body with variety. Deep sigh, I just don't know.

Hugs all round xo ![](http://www.picgifs.com/reaction-gifs/reaction-gifs/hug/hug12.gif) Judy's right - no use berating ourselves.
Shellie - why not try some changes for a week & see how it goes, it might be all you need to get through the plateau?
I've had a quick chat with DH about some things & he's on board, so that's a positive.
I'm doing a PP day: Monday 16/3 B: oatbran toast & vegemite S: L: S: D: steak ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

Shellie- why dont you try eating only 500 calls on 2 of those days. Don’t go overboard on the other days (not that you would) and you can eat everything healthy and still should lose weight- not as quick as Dukan tho.
Tomorrow Im going to the cinema with my DF after work so not much time for dinner. so i might do a PP day, throw that in the mix
TUESDAY Breakfast- coffee Lunch-2 smoked chicken drumsticks, boiled egg and yogurt Dinner- steamed fish Snack- boiled egg, Coffee in cinema

TUESDAY Breakfast- coffee Lunch-2 smoked chicken drumsticks, boiled egg and yogurt Dinner- steamed fish Snack- boiled egg, Coffee in cinema Now I don't know what I'm doing. This mornings commentary was based on getting on the scales last night and not liking the number. I was thinking about giving the 5:2 ago Judy.
DH and I went for a walk this morning, I had a bowl of Crunchy Nut Cornflakes, 2 coffees and a very large water, got on the scales before my shower and was 2kgs lighter than the night before. So now I think Dukan is working again.
So bowl of Cereal aside, we had lunch out (a regular Monday thing) and had Grilled Chicken Breast topped with Bacon and Avo and cheese sauce with steam veg. So not too far off plan and Tonight we are having Chicken Thighs with baked Pumpkin, Parsnip and Steam Brocc and Carrots.
So I think that's an average PV Monday and I am still on the Dukan diet. Woman's prerogative and all that lol

All going good. I weighed myself this morning and I hit a new goal - yep into my next ( and final ) decade. But then today was a non-diet day for me with lunch at my DMs-toasted cheese sandwich and then dinner at a Thai restaurant with the 'lonely wives'- plus wine ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) oh well we'll see what damage I've done when I weigh myself tomorrow. I will do a 500 cal day tomorrow and see what happens on Monday - official weigh- in day. DH is coming home tomorrow night but I mean to keep taking control of what I eat. Even if it means I have to cook separately for myself!! I'm not letting him or DBPs cook for me if its not what I want! Sunday- 500 cals coffee soup, boiled egg chicken, steamed veggies sparkling water, herbal teas and a diet coke ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

Here we go again, starting right back from the beginning. My weight still being as it is and not having done ATTACK since Feb last year, I am giving ATTACK another go, trying to 'get me in the mood' and shock my body to get this finished and onto life in the skinny lane.
I still have 15kgs (found a couple over Easter) to lose and I want it gone be Christmas. Last years initial ATTACK and CRUISE saw me lose 15kgs in 15weeks, I can only cross my fingers and hope for that result again. In reality it probably won't happen as quickly as that, but one can dream right.
I am also hoping that going low carb again will help with these darn Hot Flashes and Night Sweats too. 18months/2yrs ago they were really frequent, then on Dukan they almost went away (only had a few night sweats in the entire year). This last month or more has been every night and Hot Flashes during the day, several times a day. Not sure if it's just coincidence that the timing of the Symptoms was at the same time as I went from Dukan to Low Cal (and more diverse food choices, and more Carbs), or if the Low Carb was actually helping with the symptoms. Time will tell I guess.
Day 1 -8/4/15 - PP Day B- Coffee, Short Cut Bacon & Scrambled Egg & Egg White S- 2 Green Teas (it's cold) L- Teriaki Marinated Chicken Thighs S- Green Tea, Caramel Dukan Muffin D- Turkey Breast and Grilled Salmon Fillets S- Banana Dukan Muffin, Green Tea Overnight - 2 Quelch Ice Sticks
Day 2 - 9/4/15 - PP Day B- Coffee, Vanilla Yoghurt S- Green Tea L- Grilled Salmon, Chichen Thigh S- Green Tea, Caramel Dukan Muffin D- 2 Chicken Kebabs, Turkey Steak, Cream Cheese, Dukan Bread with Vegemite S- Green Tea, Banana Dukan Muffin, 1/2 Tub Skinny Cow, S- Sleepy Time Tea, Dukan Bread with Vegemite Overnight - 2 Quelch Ice Sticks, Slice of Light Cheese
Down 2 kgs - I am thrilled with this start (of course) and feeling much motivation by current results. I am finding ATTACK 2.0 is easier than the original time around. Because I am more organized, know more, have learned more recipes and have planned well and am spoiled for Protein Choice.
Fingers, Toes and even Legs crossed that I can drop 5kgs during ATTACK. Even toying with the idea of just stretching ATTACK until I have. Ideally 2kg in 2days is encouraging that I can possibly get 5kgs off in 5 or 7days. I have been so sick of myself just 'toying' with Dukan since Christmas, going up and down 2kgs every month but not getting further ahead. I really feel this is my last ditch effort to get this weight well and truly gone by my 50th Birthday in January.
Day 3 - 10/4/15 - PP Day B- Egg + Egg White Scramble with Short Cut Bacon S- Green Tea, Frozen Choc Skim Milk L- Turkey Steak, Cream Cheese S- Dukan Banana Flav Muffin, Green Tea, Chicken Thighs, Cream Cheese D- Basa Fillets, Sweet Chilli Calamari, Prawn Cutlets, Bacardi & Diet Coke, Green Tea S- Caramel Flav Muffin, 1/2 Tub Skinny Cow, Sleepy Time Tea, Grilled Salmon
I think I took 'all you can eat' protein to a whole other level yesterday. I was insatiable. Don't know what was going on, emotional eating or genuine hunger, but by bedtime I was totally stuffed, so scale don't have any good news for me this morning. Hoping that as the day passes and hopefully I don't over indulge, things will even out.
Day 4 - 11/4/15 PP Day B- Vanilla Yogurt, Coffee S- Green Tea L- Marinated Chicken thighs, Cream Cheese S- Green Tea, Dukan Bread wiyh Vegemite D- Salmon with Garlic Prawns, Teriaki Chicken, Frozen Coc Skim Milk S - Green Tea, Caramel Muffun, Skinny Cow Midnight Snack - Quelch Ice Block, Cold Garlic Prawns and Salmon
I think the midnight snack has affected the result on the scales today, I don't feel I've woked 'empty', also need to make more of an effort on my water. Getting harder to drink it cold from the fridge and I don't like it as well from the tap. I did read yesterday that I could be having between 5 and 7 cups of Green Tea a day without causing a problem, so that may become my water intake over Winter. I actually felt moments of being cold yesterday, and only had one wakeful hour during the night feeling overheated. I also bought a herbal remedy at the Chemist yesterday, but it's not expected to kick in for a month or more, so I won't be relying on that to help for a while.
Day 5 - 12/4/15 PP Day B- Coffee, mug of warm kettle water, Egg + Egg White Omlete with leftover Grilled Salmon S- Green Tea L- Teryaki Marinated Chicken, Low Fat Cottage Cheese S- Green Tea, DeCafe Coffee D- Marinated Pork Chop, Egg, Diet Coke S- Green Tea, Dukan Caramel Muffin
