Well I am happy with how last week went, give myself a solid A. I lost 1kg, so that's good. I found it easier to stick to, I think because of the 'promise' of new things to come during the week I was able to resist going off plan on earlier days. I really enjoyed adding the FRUIT in (and DD20 is happy to see it back in my food choices). I only added 1 piece rather than 2 (being cautious), and I didn't 'need' the BREAD each allowed day and didn't feel the need for the STARCH on Day 6. I did go a little too far on Celebration Meal, not with the food but with the wine. 1 glass, what's the point. I had only just got the taste of it and it was gone, so I had a couple more and now I've woken with a headache. So back to thinking 'what's the point.

Hi Shellie- you have 2 day 4s listed in previous post ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) You are doing really well, err except for the midnight snack, lol, that's not like you! At least it wasn't chocolate or anything like that! Im 200grms away from back to being my lowest for more than 6 months. The last few days have been good just not snacking. I can't say I've been good cause I really haven't even felt like snacking. Tonight I'm going to my DFs daughters 21st. I won't know many people - there will be mainly 21 yo of course and my DF will probably be busy. I will help her out serving etc and not just sit and drink and snack! ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

Good on you Judy for not snacking, it's not easy. Shellie the midnight snack incident was a just little slip, don't let it derail you.
I feel good atm, the hunger is gone.
I found a website that has lots of recipes- (I don't know if you know of it already, I haven't tried any yet, I just had a browse & they look good)

Hello Girls,
As you well know, it's a 'woman's prerogative to change her mind' (and I do it often). 3 weeks on Dukan 2.0, too slow for me. I did really enjoy the fruit I got to eat, and the bread (although I didn't have that a lot) and the Celebration Meals were pretty awesome. But I just really really want to get this thing done. I have 15kgs I'd like to lose this year, and if I can get it done sooner rather than later, well the happier I will be.

Oh dear, 3 in 3. Not good Judy, and you were staying around goal I seem to remember. I think those 10days will do you the world of good, if you can stay home and stop socializing so much, lol.
I am settling happily back to Dukan 1, it just feels familiar I guess. It was lovely to have those little extra's, but when it boiled down to it, I'm just not happy only losing .2kg a week. And that's where it was heading.
I was feeling a little 'off' last week, not sure whether it was changing the diet or a little stress. I too had my PAP and bloods done, and of course my BP was up (as it always is when I'm near the Dr Office. And the nurse suggested I had an irregular heart beat, which no one has ever mentioned before and I've had several ECG's over the last 5 yrs. Anyway back on Dukan 1 and taking my own BP every couple of hours (only to have the ammo for the Dr on Friday) and I am feeling much much better, much less anxious.

Ok so Ive lost 1.2 kgs this week -usually that last quick weight you put on also comes off quickly!!- thank goodness! The DBPs made a cold rice dish for lunch today. i just can’t refuse it, i feel so rude. Anyway i did stop them from making a dessert tonight so that was good. Moussaka for dinner tonight isn’t too bad- at least its not pasta Tomorrow i will take all my good foods to work and WILL NOT eat any of the chocolates/chocolate biscuits/lollies/cake that are on offer or for sale in our kitchen!!!!- I was quite good last week but could do with an improvement this week I will also get DH to cook a meat and steamed veggie dinner tomorrow night as Im at the hairdresser after work ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

Maybe you will get things moving for me too.
I've had a PP Day today. Everyone else had San Chow Bau for dinner, I was a little jealous, but the leftovers are all MINE!!!!!

Hello Girls,
You're both doing so well!
No prizes for guessing how my diet's going. With having visitors & DH here, ANY PLANS I MAKE GO COMPLETELY out the window. It's so frustrating. The pantry & freezer are a complete mess atm & the fridge is practically bare except for a ton of veggies that probably won't get used up before they go bad. ![>:(](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/angry.png) I need to do a thorough clear out & take inventory on what's there & restart my menu planning. So I'll work on that today.

Don't over estimate how well I'm doing, it's a bit up and a bit down here. So all in all, holding my own. I need to get it together again
