Day 1 (Week 1) - PP Day
B- Home Roasted Turkey Breast, Vanilla Yogurt, Coffee S- Green Tea L- BBQ Chicken, Green Tea S- Green Tea, Chicken thigh and Cream Cheese D- Pan fried Salmon with Garlic Prawns, Cream Cheese S- Choc Mock Danish, Coffee, Vanilla Yoghurt, 2Tbl Oat Bran (Felt good today, just a normal everyday PP Day, but I didn't feel deprived, didn't crave any UNallowed Foods, all good today)
Day 2 (Week 1) - PV Day
B- Coffee, Vanilla Yoghurt S- Green Tea L- Homemade Cauliflower Soup (with LF Cream Cheese added) S- Chicken Thigh with Cream Cheese, Green Tea D- Roast Turkey with Cauliflower Fried "Rice" S- 2 pieces of Dukan Cake (1 Coffee/1 Chocolate = 2Tbl Oat Bran) with Dukan Custard, Green Tea (I am really feeling a change in mindset. TTOTM and NO slip-ups and NO temptations. NO off plan. Back to my mantra.... "I've eaten it before, I will eat it again (maybe on Monday) BUT JUST NOT TODAY)"

Hi Girls, I've just been reading on the dukan site that the 7 steps plan is for maintaining & those who need to lose less than 10lbs (4.5kg) I need to lose waayyy more than that. Ugh. I'm so frustrated
I'm going to go back & do the original Dukan (I know, I'm sorry I'm being a pain constantly jumping back in) Then the 7 steps to maintain when I've lost the weight, it seems the best option.
The calculator says 6 days of Attack. Wish me luck. Or shoot me.
I'm off to get on the treadmill.

I've heard mixed on DUKAN 2.0. I read it does continue weight loss but as a much slower rate. As I've just done DUKAN 1.0 with no weight loss for the last 6 weeks, I am hoping this will rein in my slip ups. I am hoping for just a small .5kgs per week. So my theory is get to the end of the week and start again. I am limiting the Fruit add to just 1 piece, limiting the Bread add to 1 piece on Day 4-7, and not planning to include the Starch add on Day 6. I still want to keep it as low carb as possible but still add some interest later in the week. I am giving it till the end of Feb to see how it works.
I do feel my brain is better so far, and I feel happy to 'put things off' until the correct day. When I get to that day I might be over the craving by then.

Shellie - I think this Dukan 2.0 has come along at the perfect time for you - you've done a great job with losing so much weight & holding it there, this looks like a good plan to allow some things back in for variety. I agree, I would most likely skip the starch on day 6 too unless it was something I really felt like eating on the day. I think you'll do really well on this. And thank you for the support. Well you girls are all doing great! Today I have achieved my goal of not eating any chocolate or biscuits, and only eating what I, myself, brought to eat at work I have only eaten ‘whole ‘foods so far The backpackers are making pizza for dinner and Im going to enjoy it!! My mouth is already watering! Tomorrow i will cook dinner and we will have meat and steamed veggies so Im hoping going to do a 500 cal day!

Well I am happy with how last week went, give myself a solid A. I lost 1kg, so that's good. I found it easier to stick to, I think because of the 'promise' of new things to come during the week I was able to resist going off plan on earlier days. I really enjoyed adding the FRUIT in (and DD20 is happy to see it back in my food choices). I only added 1 piece rather than 2 (being cautious), and I didn't 'need' the BREAD each allowed day and didn't feel the need for the STARCH on Day 6. I did go a little too far on Celebration Meal, not with the food but with the wine. 1 glass, what's the point. I had only just got the taste of it and it was gone, so I had a couple more and now I've woken with a headache. So back to thinking 'what's the point.

Well done, Shellie! Road Kill chicken, mmm YUM! I'm done on the attack phase. My scales died on day 2 & I was going to weigh in today but I can't. It's been playing up for a long time - I hate that scale & have been wanting a new one for ages (like 3 years lol) so I'm tempted to bin it & get a more basic one with a gift card I was given for Christmas.

Ok we are all doing well. I'm finding it hard to diet as such, having people stay with, and sometimes cook, for us. But I am not snacking on junk food- just one or two pieces of fruit and some nuts. The weight is going down. I just need to stay home and not go out for dinner with alcohol
