Tuesday 13/1 (PP) B: oatbran porridge L: burger patty, cheese & bacon D: roast chicken Snacks: Atkins chocolate coconut bar
Wed 14/1 (PP) B: oatbran porridge L: tuna, cheese D: roast chicken Snacks: low carb chocolate
Thur 15/1 (PP) B: vegemite toast (felt sick) L: 2 boiled eggs D: 1/2 steak Snacks: none
Fri 14/1 (PP) B: vegemite toast (felt sick) L: 2 boiled eggs D: roast chicken & 1/2 steak Snacks: none
Sat 15/1 (PP) B: oatbran porridge L: chilli beef mince & cheese D: oven chicken tenders Snacks: handful of lollies left from Christmas I had put them in DH's car to get them out of sight & mind but he brought them back in. I might copy Shellie's idea & hide them in the back of the pantry so they're forgotten, because really, DH doesn't need to eat them either.
Sun 16/1 (PP) B: none L: 2 boiled eggs, Atkins shake D: roast lamb Snacks: last 2 mouthfuls of chilli beef mince, 1 tbsp peanut butter

Thanks Elasti for starting off the 2015 log Im really pleased I lost 1.4kg last week! I did 2 days of less than 500cal and i did a PP day on Saturday as we had dinner guests Fri and Sun nights. Even on my non-fasting days I was good as I didn’t want to undo all my good work
MONDAY- 500 cal day B- coffee L- zucchini soup S- apple, peach. D- chicken and salad I was home alone and couldn’t be bothered making a salad
TUESDAY B- coffee and biscuit L-boiled egg and salad S- yogurt, apple, nuts and another biscuit D- lamb casserole thingy a DFsDM made us
WEDNESDAY-500 cal day B-coffee L- L/O bol sauce and zoodles-litttle serving S-yogurt and strawberries D- steak and steamed veggies
THURSDAY- DS28 and DDiL for dinner B- coffee L-zucchini soup S-apple yogurt D- risotto-chicken and pumpkin, strawberry sorbet, wine, pear cider, marinated feta and crackers
FRIDAY- my DM and DSis coming over -maybe lunch out?went to winery had one wine and shared 2 pizzas between 3 of us- that’s not too bad! Going to DFs for weekend- they’ve already told us its fish and Chip night. Ill get grilled fish and am thinking of bringing a salad and not having chips- is that rude???I didn’t bring a salad. I did eat chips SATURDAY- breakfast will probably be out- make wise choices Judy!! The rest is at the mercy of our DFs
SUNDAY D- veggie soup!! +2 sausages!

Thats on the 5 and 2 where you can eat anything as long as its within calorie limit for that day -they are on a non-fast day

I've lost 1.2kg last week. Not earth shattering but I wasn't expecting too much because, toast. I lost it a bit there from lack of sleep but I want to push through. AHHH Monday, what is it about Monday's and new beginnings. No loss for me this week, between mine and DS22 Bday and a trip to the movies which included Popcorn, I think holding is more than I could have expected. I also need to admit that although I reached goal by Christmas and was sick just after, a week and a bit of 'recovery' eating (and NOT getting on the scales) has seen me put on a bit. Need to sort that out. Feeling like I've got my head sorted
Monday 19/1/15 PP Day B- Coffee S- L- Short Cut Bacon, Dry Fried Egg, 1/2 Dukan Bread, LO Chicken Kebab, ( LO Hollandaise Sauce), glass Diet Coke S- Mug of Green Tea with a dash Skim Milk D- Turkey Meatballs, slow oven baked Lean Pork Steak (marinated in Honey BBQ sauce) S- Mock Danish

Hi Girls EErrr, Elasti, 1.2kg in a week IS earth shattering!!- You go girl!! Shellie- Im with you. I did loose a fair bit of weight by the middle of last week, but Thursday night we had DS28 and his DW over for dinner, They were late so i snacked . Friday, I was out for lunch and was quite good-1 glass bubbly. Friday night at DFs was fish and chips…anyway I was away for the weekend so i dont think i have to go on now do I? BUt on the 5 and 2 forum I weigh in on Fridays and I look much better there haha But the weight you pile on recently falls off quickly!!??!! MONDAY- 500cals B- coffee L- boiled egg and salad S- yogurt, apple, 6 nuts, a couple more coffees and diet drink D- fish and steamed veggies
TUESDAY B-smoothie coffee L-omelette, 2 eggs, mushrooms, tomato, bacon, spring onion, capsicum, baby spinach-make at work in sandwich press S-yogurt, peach, nuts D-thin crust pizza with little cheese and ONE wine- I CAN do this!!! (going to pizza restaurant with DFs)
WEDNESDAY- PP B-coffee L-soup D- steak, bacon and egg S-yogurt and oatbran
THURSDAY- 500 Cal- I ate 50,000 calls today and most of it sugar!!-
FRIDAY- new 500 cal day B-coffee L-zuchini soup S- D-small piece steak and steamed veggies

Ok I lost 600gr this week, not surprising considering I had a couple of slip ups. Hi Girls, how are you doing? Im again at my lowest since before our long trip last year but we have a party tonight! It seems I get to this weight once every fortnight or so and then its back up again Grr. Oh well we dont have much organized for the next week or so, so hopefully I can crack the next decade!
Have you girls seen the latest Dukan Diet2
From what Ive read (and I haven’t read the book) it seems to me to go
Day 1 -Protein only Day 2 -Protein & veg Day 3 -Protein, veg & fruit Day 4 -Protein, veg, fruit & bread Day 5 -Protein, veg, fruit. bread & cheese Day 6 -Protein, veg, fruit, bread, cheese & pasta Day 7 -Celebration meal with 1 wine
You do this every week. He recommends it for people who want to lose up to 20 kilos. I dont know how much fruit, bread , cheese, pasta you are allowed. Im guessing one serve a day? Im not looking at doing this as it wouldn’t suit my way of life but its an interesting change to his previous diet
