Hi Girls, here we are another week closer to Christmas, and another week that I have held my weight loss. 23kgs GONE!!!
Yesterday we went to the In-Laws for B-I-L Bday, and no surprises, not one of them made a comment about my 23kg weight loss, NOT ONE!!!!! They are all well aware that both DH and I have been dieting and that his weight loss has been due to my preparing 'special' food and making 'special' lunches. DH know so little about the 'diet' that most times he can't even pronounce or remember the name of the plan. There was mention of DH (or 'Skinny' as M-I-L now calls him) and mention of DS21's weight gain. But nothing said about me. I predicted this, it's just who they are.
So, new week.

And although I was warned at the Chemist not to overdo it as they can cause an issue on the toilet (if you know what I mean), well I didn't think I over did it, but I've had an issue. Very unpleasant. Will have to watch this.

I too remained the same on Mondays weigh-in as last week. But today Im 400 grs down.
Yesterday was PP day and today Im doing PV
Today Dukan toast with Philly cheese & vegemite Mash potatoes and caulk with silver beet and fried egg-maybe tuna corned beef and veggies
i can’t remember what Ive been eating this week but I haven’t been too bad

Oh Shellie - Try not to let them get you down. Yep, you're right, the best thing to do is turn it into renewed determination. They're probably just jealous of your ability to commit & your amazing-ness!
Judy - well done on holding your loss this week!
I've had a good few days start - I lost 1.9kg & so far no ill feelings.
Rather than try to keep track & list out everything I drink - I pretty much have at least 2 cups of tea, 2 cups of coffee, a glass of sugar free softdrink & at least 1 litre of water everyday.
Oh on a side note I found this delicious chocolate block in the health food section at Woolies - low carb & yummy- (i've tried the fruit & nut one but not the others yet)

Hi Girls Quick post before I get ready for work. What did your DFs say Shellie about all your weight loss? Did they recognize you??? I lost .8 this week so that makes it exactly 4 kgs since I got back from my holiday. Not as quick as Id like it but its going slowly

Yes Shellie! Judy well done on your loss! WTG! As for me, things are not going well, I've made 2 not the best choices in the last week but other than that I've been following the plan, but I still have gained weight this week!? It's really disheartening & making me sad.

**comes in, looks around sheepishly, head hung in 'haven't been logging my food' shame, ** Well I best think about my behaviour!!!!! Actually things not going too badly here. DH and I went for a walk on Monday (that's all the exercise I can report on). And we have been trying to be DUKAN. I have lost a total of 24kgs, so it's still heading in the right direction (however slowly). I really do think I do better when I hold myself accountable by logging food and exercise. I will get back onto that next week. xoxo

So much for logging this week. Honestly I just forgot. So I am still teetering on the edge of the next 'decade' of numbers on the scale (if that makes sense). Have lost 24+kgs, but can't claim 25kg yet. Food-wise choices were good, walked a few days BUT it's the alcohol that's holding me up I think. A glass here, a glass there and then a whole bunch yesterday. I really do need to reel that in. I do it enjoy it though.
So new week, new resolve.

Oh Shellie- Im with you! Alcohol just piles on the kilos! And its so nice! I forgot to weight myself this morning - different routine Im not doing Dukan at the moment as we have 2 backpackers working for us and we need to provide good meals for them. Ive been eating healthy meals but yesterday i ate 5 tim tams Ill be happy if my weight just stays the same this week although i think they are leaving Thursday and a new lot are coming Sunday. So I can do a couple of PP days Thurs and Fri- Sat is DS20s 21st party. Its such a difficult time of year for us socially!! Keep going Girls we can do this together! x

Here we are another week gone.
I started Dukan 8months, 3weeks and 3days ago (I have an app). And I have now officially lost 25.2Kgs. So down about 400-600gs this week (I didn't make an accurate log).
Yesterday in some cruel joke my body is deciding to play, I had lost 25.8Kgs, but it's gone back up a little. So for today - 25.2KGS GONE!!!!!
I really felt I had tightened things up in the last week (except for the Barcardi) so I was really hoping to have reached goal. Head down and Bum up, I have 4 days until the 9month mark and I really really really want to be at goal (or to have at least seen it, even if it doesn't hold there) by Friday. I think I'll go PV today as I have lunch and dinner planned and then hit the next 3 PP and see if that gets me over the line.

The fruit was ok, not on plan, but ok healthwise. But what the hell am I thinking with the drinking and the LCM bars. OMG Shellie, get your act together. 1 step forward and 2 steps back. Seriously!!!!!!!

Saturday 22/11/14 (PV Day) - So my 9month Dukan-Aversary passed yesterday without a thought. Not reached goal, but no surprises there. After the other day I decided rightly or wrongly that I needed a few days 'break', so I have actually had a few PV days in a row. I've had cravings, made some very UN Dukan choices and even gained (then lost a bit). So I wondered after the fruit craving the other day and my slip ups was my body trying to tell me something. I have either just been on this for so long that I am bored and my inner-brat is acting out, or my body is actually craving more variety. Having the few extra PV days in a row has seemed to help. I haven't gone crazy and chucked it, I have just 'blurred the lines' a little for a few days. Hopefully this will sort me out.
