Oh Shellie, you are AMAZING!! I can’t believe how much weight you HAVE lost! You did so well at that party and that is always so hard. That is my downfall! I can’t have tempting food around me as i just give in too easily! Even if you dont reach your exact goal, you are SO close and should be so PROUD!! Thanks Judy, I still am a little mad at myself, I have been stuck in the one place for what feels like months. I think I just got a little complacent, thinking only a few to go, I could have a 'rest' and blur the lines a little. Back on track more now. Feeling more determined and still have 10 days to go. Well Im very pleased (and surprised) that I lost 400grms this week! Even tho we have had dinner or lunch out all but one night. Ive had soup or salad (sometimes with tuna) and yogurt for lunch with a small handful of nuts and a piece of fruit mid afternoon. Ive had a smoothie some mornings, but not as often as Id like as Ive preferred to sleep in . This suits me better than so much protein. The thought of a protein only day makes my stomach lurch at the moment. So today and Thursday Ill do a 500 calorie day. Tues and Wednesday we are out and then go on hold on Friday and the plan is to come back, not having put on anymore weight!! No more thinking “well Im on holiday I can eat and drink what I want”!!

Well done Judy, you must have been super good during the day time, and not as naughty as you thought at all those dinners out. Keep up the great work.
Funny how you can't face the thought of a PP Day anymore..wasn't it your GF who can't eat Chicken anymore after her Dukan adventure.
Well something is working here. Perhaps it's fear that's kicked in, or just dogged determination. I have slowly dropped a few more grams over the last few day, and am now 1kg from goal. And 10days to get there.
Not sure if it's one of these things or a combination of all but I have been Actually walking (and yesterday I added in two hills) Actually forcing myself to have a protein breakfast (scrambled eggs with Salmon) Actually drinking my water (and upped it to 3ltrs, which has been quite doable) Actually skipping the Alcohol (except for last night - 2 Bacardi's with Waterfords Diet Mineral Water) And I am having a 3 day PP Attack (except for the salad at the 30th, didn't want to look too weird and only eat meat)
So whatever it is I am going to keep doing it today. (and maybe even keep the PP going again tomorrow) and hopefully I can drop that final 1kg and even create a little Christmas Day/Boxing Day buffer.
I had planned a Celebration Meal of Works burger and Chips (I have bought DD16 so many since she had Glandular Fever) at the 26kg gone milestone, but now it looks like it will be just Christmas Day Celebration Meal. I will save my Works Burger for the 30kg milestone (hopefully in the near future, I really really want that burger and to dip those chips in Garlic Aoili)

Hi all- my first accountability post for New Year
Well Im the same weight as before I went on holiday- so that is very good news for me Today Im doing a 500cal day
MONDAY- 500 cals B- coffee S-cofee L-boiled egg and salad, yogurt D-meat and salad, apple
TUESDAY B- fruit and veg smoothie S- coffee, yogurt L- tuna and salad S- peach and some nuts D- L/o risotto
WEDNESDAY Brunch at a cafe S-nectarine, yogurt, nuts, 2 coffees D-rissoles, green beans, carrots and zucchini
THURSDAY-500 cals B-cofee L-zucchini soup S-yougurt, apple, plum D-chicken and veggies- broccoli, carrots, zucchini
FRIDAY B-coffee L-sausage S-nuts, fruit Dinner- Entree- smoked trout and salad, Main- steak and veggies, Dessert-pavlova with yogurt and berries and a couple glasses of wine
SATURDAY- a PP day after last night?? B- coffee and some smoked sausage L- S- D-
