Monday PP day
B-yogurt and oat bran L- steak with fried egg and chicken D- l/o roast meat, diet coke S- low fat, no added sugar ice cream
Tuesday
B- museli, frozen berries and skim milk S- orange L- wrap, avocado, tuna, cheese, pumpkin soup S- kiwi fruit, popcorn D- Chow mein S-walnuts
Wednesday
B- muesli,two fruits, skim milk S-yogurt L wrap, chicken, avocado, baby spinach, cheese, soup S - strawberries, boiled egg D- spinach pie, fish fillets S- slither of cake! I didn't do so well today- had 2 pieces of cake and this afternoon a couple of plain biscuits & a little chocolate someone brought to HG
Thursday
B- egg on toast, orange S- yogurt, strawberries L- pumpkin soup, wrap with tuna, avocado,cheese, baby spinach S-whole meal rice crackers D-beef stroganoff and a little rice and a wine S
Friday
B- muesli, skim milk and 2 fruits S- yogurt & strawberries L probably out for lunch-err no lunch as DD29 had already had lunch but we did have afternoon tea and I had half lemon slice S- walnuts D meat, cauli, broccoli, pumpkin, beans -potatoes & gravy for the rest of them and a wine or 2
SATURDAY
B- I truly forgot to have breakfast after my lie in S- yogurt and strawberries breakfast really at 11.15am L-fried egg, one slice toast. spinach soup S- kiwi fruit D- fundraiser dinner- curries & rice and finger food cakes & desserts

Well done Judy! Shellie - going back to your post from yesterday - i think sometimes people who have been around a diet and/or a forum for a long time think they should preach to everyone else when they perceive something as being done 'wrong'. Anything you do, like eating low carb, isn't 'wrong' at all. (seriously, chorizo might as well be plastic.) You're not eating your 'not quite Dukan' foods at every meal nor eating 2 kilos of it in one sitting. If it works for you, then go for it. Your first go & you're making it look easy? They're as jealous as hell. Just post your numbers every week & let them do their wallowing. If it gets you down or you start doubting it, pop in here & we'll be cheering for ya. I'm the brunette, Judy's the blonde WTG so far! I'm inspired. I am truly blessed to have 'met' you girls and will be FOREVER grateful for all the times you and Judy (my cheer squad) talked about Dukan and your great successes. And that I finally got on the program.
You and Judy are my inspiration. Your past success was wonderful, and I know you can do it again. And Judy is a hair's breath away from her goal weight, how awesome is that.

I forgot to reply to your post sorry Shellie- too caught up in my own eating plan. i agree completely with Elasti. The others are just jealous of your incredible loss! You need to work the diet a bit to suit yourself sometimes or you just won't be able to stick to it. When my DH lost 18kgs on Dukan he had a glass of red wine most nights and a handful of peanuts. He still lost the weight and no they weren't allowed on Dukan, but it worked for him. He might've lost the weight sooner if he didn't indulge but then he mighta given up completely. BTW I didn't work out my week correctly when working out last weeks weight loss. I went from Tues to Monday instead of Monday to Monday, so I'll take that extra 200 grams!

You don't have to apologize. I had got the impression from you and Elasti to make the diet fit our lifestyle (with staying as close to the rules as possible), after all we do live in Australia and the Dukan Diet was developed and written in France and the UK, and based on the products available in those countries.
I am beginning to wonder if the people who come and go so quickly on that Facebook page give up because it's too tough or too limiting because they try to stick so closely to it and don't 'bend' the program to fit our Australian products. I mean some cuts of Pork are leaner than Chicken Breast (so the ad keeps telling me), so what's wrong with that. If it wasn't for my 'nearly' Dukan products we'd be very very bored and DH would have given up weeks ago.
I am glad you are 'caught up' in your own eating plan. You should be. I love it when you two post, so I can see some different ideas

Judy, don't feel too bad about your 600g loss for the week, I only lost 800g and I am sticking to the diet. Oh well, that's the way it goes.
I have set myself a goal to lose 5Kgs in June. Still striving towards the 2014 goal of 26Kgs, but hoping extra exercise will 'amp up' the weight loss for June.

(then I did have 1 slice of lite swiss cheese on 2 Premiums plus 2 'Creamy Chocolate' biscuits. It had been a long day.

Not at this, not at anything. You are here again, trying again. And even if you just hold your weight for now and try again when you are not feeling so overwhelmed. You can only truly fail if you stop trying.
And remember you and Judy were my inspiration to do this. I was pretty slow on the up take I know, but got the message eventually. And I will forever be grateful. You and Judy have made such a big impact on my life, any hubby's and my kids. You have given us the road map to being healthier, that is NOT a fail.
Losing weight is hard, really hard. If it was easy shops would only sell size 10, we would all be skinny and we'd have nothing to talk about So please don't beat yourself up about it, just put your lace up shoes on and face the day you will get there hun, I believe in you (even when you don't believe in yourself) xoxoxoxoxo
